Description
Casaliva is a tipical italian villa on the top of hill, here you will have Breakfast time with view of Gardalake and you can tase tipical local product. We use bio oil from olives of this garten.

Accomodations are all differend and wiht large balcony or terrace.

From here is possible to reach the centre of Bardolino or Garda on foot or by MTB, several are panoramic route you could discover.

We will be happy to hospitate you during your activ and comfortable holiday on Gardalake!

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

Sehr gastreundliche Betreiber die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stehen. Tolle Aussicht, gepflegtes Haus mit sehr schön angelegtem Garten und überdachte Abstellmöglichkeit für Auto und Fahrrad auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Jederzeit wieder!

Eine herrliche Unterkunft, inmitten von Olivenhainen! Fernab des Trubels gelegen, läd das Anwesen dieser lieben Familie zum längeren Verweilen ein. Selbst morgens beim Frühstück auf der Terasse kann man bereits die herrliche Aussicht auf den See genießen und wird dabei mit hausgemachten Leckereien verwöhnt. Die Familie des Hauses steht jederzeit freundlichst für Fragen zur Verfügung und versucht den Gästen den Urlaub so angenehm und stressfrei wie möglich zu gestalten. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Beautiful structure in a charming setting, extremely clean room with a view of the meticulously kept garden. 24-hour pool access available. Exceptional breakfast served in the garden overlooking the lake. Outstanding attention to customers and superlative staff kindness.

Dopo tanti anni siamo riusciti finalmente ad avere il piacere di soggiornare in questa magnifica struttura. Gestori molto cordiali, solari ed attenti ad ogni esigenza. Location splendida immersa tra gli ulivi ed un panorama mozzafiato vista Lago di Garda. Calma e tranquillità sono le caratteristiche che spiccano per una vacanza di relax ma con un pizzico di lusso, è in assoluto una coccola da concedersi.

Siamo stati in questa bellissima location solo una notte..Ma ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, Disponibilità massima di Sara e famiglia, pulizia e cura dei dettagli fanno la differenza:Piscina, idromassaggio e spazio verde. Camere spaziose e bagno privato, insomma non manca nulla! Consigliatissimo! Un ringraziamento ai proprietari, sicuramente torneremo!
