The property is strategically located, about twenty minutes from Padua and the famous thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto, with convenient connections to Vicenza, Venice, and Verona.

The five rooms, each with a private bathroom and named after their original purpose – Ovile, Pollaio, Frutteto, Fienile, and Granaio – offer stunning views of the plains or the surrounding hills. All are equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and access to a covered garage. The property also retains the old tool room, a testament to the house's rural past.

Breakfast is served in a bright panoramic room, featuring homemade pastries that are also available for purchase. The dining room, which accommodates around 30 guests, includes a cozy relaxation area with armchairs and a TV, perfect for moments of tranquility. Just a short walk away, the Trattoria Monticello, also run by the Cristofanon family, offers traditional local dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
