Nestled among the gentle hills of Monfumo, in a natural setting that encourages a slow and authentic pace, Norah’s is a project that combines agriculture, livestock farming, craft brewing, and rural hospitality. It was born from the passion of Eleonora Reginato, a young master brewer, and her family. The farm operates with an innovative and sustainable approach, preserving traditional values while reinterpreting them in a modern way, with a constant focus on quality and environmental respect.

At the heart of Norah’s is the agribrewery, where N-BEER is crafted: natural beers, free from additives, and low fermentation, made from carefully selected raw materials and packaged in recyclable containers. In addition, the livestock farming follows ethical and sustainable practices, ensuring top-quality meat that can be ordered and delivered directly to customers' homes. The grains and vegetables grown on the farm are transformed into flours, bread, pizzas, and dishes that boast simple and genuine flavors.

The agritourism Norah’s Hill welcomes guests into bright, green rooms that are pet-friendly and overlook a captivating landscape. Just a short walk away is the restaurant, where each evening guests can enjoy dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients, often accompanied by live music and craft beer, creating a convivial experience under the stars. In the morning, the buffet breakfast features homemade pastries, seasonal fruit, farm honey, and local cheeses and cured meats, offering an authentic awakening.

The spacious garden, panoramic terraces, cozy rooms, and barbecue areas complete the offerings of a place designed for moments of sharing, relaxation, and discovery. Norah’s is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Asolo Hills, the Prosecco Road, Monte Grappa, and nearby historic villages, such as Asolo and Possagno.

It is a corner of the world where one can reconnect with the land, surrounded by true flavors, generous nature, and heartfelt hospitality.
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast at Norah's is a unique experience, made with authentic ingredients sourced directly from the farm. Each morning, guests can enjoy freshly baked bread, homemade pastries, honey from the family’s bees, creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and artisanal jams. There are also savory options available, such as eggs, local cheeses, and carefully selected cured meats, all served in a relaxed setting, surrounded by the scents and sounds of nature.
Norah's restaurant serves as the vibrant heart of the establishment, where each dish narrates the story of its origin. The kitchen offers a seasonal menu that highlights the fresh produce from the farm: seasonal vegetables, sustainably raised meats, locally produced flours, and craft beer from N-BEER. The setting is warm and inviting, featuring meticulously designed indoor spaces, a covered terrace overlooking the hills, and a spacious panoramic garden. Each evening, guests can choose from reimagined traditional dishes, vegetarian options, and tasting menus, all of which can be paired with beers or a glass of local Prosecco. During the summer nights, live music enhances the experience, making it even more enchanting.

Hey, I'm Norah

Eleonora, a young brew master and the driving force behind the project, runs Norah's with her family and a close-knit group of friends. With passion, expertise, and a deep respect for nature and animals, she welcomes guests into an authentic environment that is thoughtfully designed and full of warmth. Her vision, which blends agricultural tradition with innovation, is evident in every facet of the business: from production to cuisine, hospitality to craft beer.

Area Collina

The area where Norah’s is located is a charming corner of Veneto, nestled in the hilly landscape of Monfumo, just a few kilometers from Asolo. This region stands out for its genuine beauty and the slow pace of life, where hills adorned with vineyards, olive groves, and forests provide views that change with the seasons, inviting visitors to slow down and rediscover the joys of nature.

It serves as the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling, or horseback riding, thanks to the numerous trails and paths that wind through the surrounding countryside, offering spectacular glimpses and tranquil spots. Not far away, the Prosecco Road runs through wineries, picturesque villages, and UNESCO World Heritage hills, making it ideal for those who wish to savor fine wines and learn about local traditions.

The proximity to the Asolani Hills allows for visits to one of Italy’s most enchanting towns, Asolo, described by Giosuè Carducci as “the city of a hundred horizons,” featuring castles, loggias, hidden gardens, and artisan shops. Close by is Possagno, the birthplace of Antonio Canova, where visitors can explore the Canovian Temple and the plaster cast gallery dedicated to the great sculptor. History and nature enthusiasts can head to Monte Grappa, a perfect destination for scenic hikes and trails related to the memories of the Great War.

Finally, in less than an hour's drive, one can reach charming cities like Castelfranco Veneto, known for its medieval walls and connection to Giorgione, or Bassano del Grappa, famous for its Alpine bridge and historic distilleries.

This region speaks of culture, flavor, and nature, capable of offering authentic experiences in every season.
