Villa Berti welcomes its guests in the tranquility of the Venetian countryside, housed in a beautifully restored 18th-century barn next to the historic villa of the same name. The property features five double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, decorated with antique oak floors and exposed wooden beams, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. Each room can be arranged with single beds upon request, and there is also the option to add a crib or a small bed for younger guests.

The day begins with an Italian breakfast served in the bright common room overlooking the garden, offering coffee, cappuccino, tea, yogurt, cakes, jams, seasonal fruit, and, upon request, a savory breakfast with eggs, cold cuts, and cheeses. Guests also have access to a shared kitchenette, available upon request.

The spacious porch, furnished with a table, benches, and cushions, is ideal for relaxation throughout the day, as is the garden surrounding the villa, perfect for reading or enjoying the peaceful scenery. Private parking is located just a few meters from the entrance.

Villa Berti is situated in Sant’Ambrogio, a district of Trebaseleghe, strategically located between the provinces of Padua, Treviso, and Venice. The Noale train station, on the Venice-Bassano del Grappa line, is only 3 km away, while Treviso and Venice airports are 15 and 35 km distant, respectively. The Padova Est exit of the A4 motorway is easily accessible.

Nature and cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Treviso-Ostiglia cycle-pedestrian path, which follows the route of an old railway and connects various green trails along numerous waterways. The area, rich in spring waters, offers picturesque views and relaxing atmospheres amidst fields, canals, and protected areas.

Nearby, there are charming villages and towns of historical and artistic interest, such as Noale with its medieval fortress, Badoere with its 17th-century Rotonda, Villa Marcello in Levada, the Cervara nature oasis on the Sile, and larger centers like Treviso, Padua, Castelfranco Veneto, Asolo, and Venice, all easily reachable for day trips.

Throughout the year, Sant’Ambrogio hosts local events like the patronal festival and the summer AmbroFest, providing an opportunity to discover the traditions and vibrancy of the town through music, craft beers, gastronomy, and artisanal initiatives.

Villa Berti is the perfect choice for those seeking a break from the urban pace, surrounded by nature, while enjoying all the comforts and being in an ideal location to explore the beauty of Veneto.

Villa Berti

Area Campagna

Villa Berti is situated in Sant’Ambrogio, a peaceful district within the municipality of Trebaseleghe, surrounded by the lush greenery of the Veneto countryside and nestled between the provinces of Padua, Treviso, and Venice. This area is marked by its abundant nature, featuring canals, springs, and waterways that create picturesque landscapes and serene views, perfect for those seeking relaxation and a genuine connection with rural life.

The region is ideal for cycling enthusiasts and walkers, thanks to its proximity to the Treviso-Ostiglia cycle-pedestrian trail, which follows the route of a former military railway. Along this path, one can discover natural parks, river oases, ancient mills, and Venetian villas, such as the Cervara Oasis on the Sile River and the stunning Villa Marcello in Levada. There are also plenty of opportunities to immerse oneself in local agricultural culture, with farmers' markets, village festivals, and paths through cultivated fields, known as “pioveghe,” and natural springs.

In just a few minutes by car, you can reach charming locations like Noale, with its medieval fortress, Badoere and its 17th-century Rotonda, Casacorba with the Sile Springs, and Trebaseleghe, a vibrant center with parks and traditional events. Its central location allows for easy day trips to some of the most beautiful art cities in the Veneto region, including Venice, Padua, Treviso, Castelfranco Veneto, Asolo, and Cittadella.

This area retains an authentic and welcoming spirit where nature, culture, and tradition coexist harmoniously, providing a relaxing stay filled with opportunities for exploration without sacrificing tranquility.
