Antica Masseria Pescu dates back to the '700, and it was completely renovated in 2005, is located on the outskirts of Preston, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, within walking distance, and nearby there are large supermarkets for all your need. Centrally located in the southern Salento, convenient to reach in a few minutes is the most beautiful sandy shores of the wonderful Ionian Sea is the beautiful rocky coast of the Adriatic Sea.

Just 6 km away from the nearest beach, Lido Marini, we are immersed in the peace and quiet of nature even during periods of maximum influx of tourists and from the top of our hill you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view with beautiful and unique sunsets.

We had a very pleasant time as a group of 4, with 2 teenagers, in Presicce. We were perfectly welcomed by Bartolomeo and his wife, both of whom speak French...phew! We enjoyed a charming, very clean facility with a superb infinity pool. The owner guided us very well for the visit of the places and restaurants. True tourism professionals. The location is ideal for relaxing and walking by the sea, as it is located 15 minutes from one side of the Ionian Sea and its beaches, and 15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea for diving. Conclusion: GREAT and it was hard to leave the place.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à nous reposer dans cet endroit de charme. Situation parfaite pour visiter les sites environnants, les petits villages et la côte. une piscine idéale, un accueil personnalisé par Maria et Bartolomeo. La chambre est très propre et le petit déjeuner avec produits locaux et maison. Un + avec l'huile d'olive maison qui est succulente ! a rapporter dans ses valises.

The Masseria Pescu gave us the opportunity to spend a wonderful stay in an ancient Apulian Masseria from the 16th century, where the tuff, the stone, the vaulted ceilings, and the white lime tell the story and traditions of these beautiful places. The welcome of the owners and the kindness of their collaborators is unparalleled. In the morning, we were awaited with genuine breakfasts rich in local delicacies, while in the evening, upon returning from the beaches, we relaxed by the pool observing the colors of the last rays projected by the sun at sunset. The location, at the tip of the heel, is excellent for visiting the Lower Salento, reaching its stunning coasts, the marine caves, the beaches, and the characteristic villages of the region in a few minutes. In summary, it was a beautiful experience that I highly recommend to those who want to spend a moment of relaxation and get to know the most genuine Salento.

Maria Rosaria and Bartolomeo welcomed us to their masseria with grace and kindness.\n\nUpon arrival, we were delighted to find that the property matched the photographic description: the beautiful pool, in particular, was as large as it appears in the photos.\n\nThe rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished.\n\nSilence reigns supreme, and the atmosphere is just like that of ancient farmhouses immersed in greenery where you only hear the song of cicadas.\n\nIn short, we loved it very much. Furthermore, I must add that breakfast is more of a brunch: rich in good homemade sweet and savory items. I really have no negative comments to make to both the friendly hosts and the property, which is strategically located in a point that allows easy access to both the coast and the inland. I recommend it to everyone.

Premesso che lavoro in hotel e che il mio occhio è abituato a vedere e migliorare quello che “non va”, qui non c’è niente che non va. Il posto è stupendo, a due minuti dal centro storico (bellissimo) di Presicce ma immerso in un silenzio irreale. Le camere sono grandi e super pulite, comode fresche e silenziose. Le aree comuni e la stupenda piscina curate al massimo e la colazione è sempre ricca di prodotti locali e dolci fatti in casa. Ma tutto questo è possibile solo grazie a Bartolomeo e Maria Rosaria. Loro non gestiscono la masseria, loro fanno ospitalità! Bartolo (il mio bimbo lo chiamava così) vi consiglierà spiagge, luoghi da vedere e ristoranti ottimi da provare e Maria Rosaria tutte le mattine vi farà provare i suoi succhi, marmellate e dolci fatti in casa. Sono sempre lì pronti a scambiare due chiacchiere e a fare un sorriso. Il mio bimbo di tre anni è diventato amico dei loro due bimbi e tutti i momenti in cui eravamo in masseria voleva stare praticamente dentro casa loro, ero solo io a farmi i problemi, loro (insieme alle nonne e alla dolcissima Teresa) lo hanno accolto come se fosse figlio loro. Scriverei ancora mille cose ma il mio consiglio è andateci e provate tutto di persona. Ah, e non dimenticate che siete in un posto strategico per girare in pochi minuti tante località del meraviglioso Salento.

Che dire, siamo Romani de Roma e siamo molto esigenti quando si tratta di vacanze e soldi e dobbiamo dire che questo posto ha pienamente soddisfatto entrambi le esigenze, il meticoloso e duro lavoro di Bartolomeo, Maria Rosaria insieme allo staff Teresa e friends, hanno fatto si che vivessimo una settimana fuori dalla comune Italia. Un luogo bellissimo la masseria con piscina, vento fresco in mezzo ad un torrido caldo e giuriamo mai usata l'aria condizionata di notte, camere pulitissime, molto particolari ed incredibilmente grandi per un prezzo ragionevolissimo. La colazione uuuh! È un pranzo! Ricchissimo di cose buonissime fatte in casa e non e lo staff sempre pronto a qualsiasi esigenza che rientri naturalmente nelle loro possibilità. Il Sig. Bartolomeo sempre a disposizione un vero cicerone del salento ed una persona dal cuore grande, difficile da trovare in un gestore. Presicce è un borgo molto carino che appartiene ad un importante spaccato della storia d'Italia da non perdere, per non dire del Salento stesso un altro mondo. Il mare raggiungibile in poco tempo è stupendo colori fantastici e pulito! Diremmo che questa masseria è localizzata in modo strategico perché è sito in luogo ventilato, silenzioso, tranquillo, accogliente e pieno di umanità! Finalmente una giovane famiglia che lavora sodo con rispetto, calore, gioia, premura che punta alla piena soddisfazione del cliente! Grazie veramente a Bartolomeo, Maria Rosaria, Teresa, La nonna e Molly ci ritorneremo!

A 15 minuti (in auto) dal mare l'antica Masseria è un luogo di grande pace e serenità, sempre fresca la sera grazie ad una brezza costante che viene dal vicino bosco (di proprietà). Piscina bellissima, villini ampi, freschi e molto puliti. La location ideale per chi desidera scoprire le tante magie del Salento, dall'incontro dei due mari a S. Maria di Leuca alle Grotta Zinzulusa di Castro, continuando con le bellissime spiagge bianche del litorale Ionico. Il tutto "condito" dalla simpatia, dalla disponibilità e dai buoni consigli dei gestori Bartolomeo e Rosaria e dei loro due bellissimi bambini.

Siamo arrivati in questa struttura sicuri di passare una bella vacanza. In realtà l'accoglienza ricevuta da Bartolomeo e Rosaria è andata ben oltre le nostre aspettative..dopo pochi minuti ci sentivamo come a casa nostra, circondati da persone gioiose e cordiali. Questo B&B possiede le caratteristiche giuste per regalare a chi lo sceglie tranquillità e relax in un ambiente veramente molto curato, stanze eleganti e molto spaziose, e una piscina stupenda. Ringraziamo Rosaria e Bartolomeo per questi giorni, assolutamente da ripetere. Un grazie speciale anche Liliana, la signora delle colazioni del mattino, dolce e disponibile ad accontentare le nostre richieste di caffè, continuate così perché siete speciali. Bartolomeo e Maria Rosaria, sono stati sempre molto attenti e disponibili. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per le escursioni. Raccomandiamo questa struttura, per l'accoglienza, la pulizia e la posizione. Abbiamo preso la formula appartamento ed era attrezzatissimo. Non mancava nulla di tutto ciò che poteva essere utile.

Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno all'antica Masseria Pescu. Abbiamo ritrovato la magia di un luogo di particolare bellezza, i rossi tramonti dalla curatissima piscina, le stanze fresche, confortevoli e pulitissime. Una sorpresa positiva: l’affettuosa cordialità e la professionalità di Bartolomeo e Maria Rosaria che ci hanno coccolato in tutti i modi. Strepitose le colazioni con specialità dolci e salate preparate quotidianamente con amore. Un ringraziamento a Liliana, premurosa e affettuosa. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare.

Una settima fantastica in questa masseria grazie anche alla cordialità disponibilità simpatia e professionalità di Bartolo e Maria Rosaria. Relax tra piscina spiagge e mare meraviglioso, ubicazione strategica per muoversi su entrambi i litorali salentini. Che dire della colazione? semplicemente abbiamo risparmiato sul pranzo: ottima abbondante varia, dal salato al dolce in tipico stile Salentino. Camera molto spaziosa, grande attenzione alla pulizia, dotata di ogni confort. Un ringraziamento anche a Liliana per la sua simpatia e disponibilità. Sicuramente ritorneremo Paolo e Paola.

Ottima posizione della Masseria rispetto alle varie località di mare. La struttura ben restaurata è ubicata su una collinetta dalla quale si gode un panorama che spazia tra infiniti uliveti. La sera sul bordo piscina abbiamo potuto ammirare e godere in tranquillità il tramonto. La camera spaziosa, dotata di un grande letto e completa di tutti i confort. I servizi impeccabili in tutto ma in particolare nelle pulizie e nella colazione (a noi tanto cara) ma quel che ci ha fatto sentire così "senza pensieri" e molto rilassati è stata la cordialità dimostrata in maniera spontanea dai giovani gestori Bartolomeo e Maria Rosaria con i loro splendidi bambini. Consigliato vivamente !

Quest'anno riamo ritornati alla Masseria Pescu perché la cortesia e la simpatia di Maria Rosaria e Bartolomeo fanno la differenza, ti senti come in famiglia ma la loro è una presenza molto discreta. La masseria è ben tenuta e curata, ottima la pulizia delle stanze e degli spazi comuni. Situata in un luogo tranquillo ma comoda al centro di Presicce e a pochi chilometri da spiagge bellissime. La piscina è incantevole, la colazione ottima e abbondante e se ti sembra possa mancare qualcosa, chiedi e ti sarà dato. Consigliatissima.

Anche quest'anno, come per gli ultimi sette, abbiamo soggiornato alla Masseria Pescu di Presicce. È evidente che ci troviamo molto bene se ci siamo tornati otto volte, ma quest'anno c'è una novità: Giuliana e Fernando hanno affidato la gestione della Masseria Pescu in ottime mani, quelle di Bartolomeo e Maria Rosaria, due persone stupende, gentili, accoglienti, professionali e attente alle esigenze di tutti gli ospiti! Hanno apportato modifiche alla zona colazione rendendola più ombreggiata e accogliente, per non parlare della colazione che hanno ampliato secondo la tradizione salentina con mozzarelline, stracciatella, formaggi freschi e stagionati, pomodorini conditi, olive, melanzane sott'olio, salumi su richiesta, e torte fatte da Maria Rosaria, oltre a brioches, pasticciotti, marmellate, nutella cereali, yogurt, frutta fresca, pane, friselline, biscotti di vari tipi, uova... insomma difficile mangiare tutto! Per il resto la Masseria Pescu conserva intatta la sua magia e i dintorni, il mare, i piccoli paesini, i ristoranti, sono sempre fonte di delizie per il corpo e lo spirito! La pulizia delle camere è sempre ottima, i letti grandi, i bagni spaziosi e la piscina a sfioro deliziosa e pulita, con zona ombra attrezzata da enormi ombrelloni. Entrare nella Masseria Pescu è come varcare la soglia di un oasi di pace e tranquillità, lasciando il resto alle spalle, abbagliati dal sole per poi ritrovare fresco e ombra nelle bellissime camere con volte a stella o a botte, in pietra leccese... consigliatissima! Location fantastica gestita da Bartolomeo e Maria Rosaria, persone meravigliose che ti fanno sentire in famiglia. Situata in posizione eccellente per visitare le spiagge e i luoghi più belli del Salento. Ottima location, bellissima la piscina, colazione abbondante e varia. Le camere sono ampie, pulitissime e molto caratteristiche. Che dire: tutto perfetto. Consiglio vivamente, a chi ne ha la possibilità, di evitare il mese di agosto, non tanto per l'affollamento in masseria visto che le camere non sono molte (per fortuna!) ma per poter assaporare al meglio il Salento, poiché in agosto è quasi invivibile.
