The room is small but complete with a kitchenette, coffee machine, and microwave oven. There is a small refrigerator and an induction cooktop. If you wish, you can cook your own meals. It also includes a private bathroom with a shower and a garden. Too bad for the entrance of B&B Alex, located behind the recycling bins.

Grazie per la vostra recensione. Avete alloggiato nel mini alloggio, un po’ piccolo per 2 ma completo di tutto come avete notato. La prossima volta potreste provare l’appartamento più ampio. Purtroppo la posizione della raccolta della differenziata è condominiale. Grazie ancora della visita.

Very helpful and efficient manager. Clean property (an entire accommodation) with all the amenities. For breakfast only the sweet part, but I didn't ask for more anyway. Very quiet location and convenient to where I had my activities during the week, yet easily accessible from the center of Parma. Positive experience to be repeated.

B&B Alex is managed by Alessandra, polite, friendly and helpful, the location is comfortable and the spaces are spacious, the breakfast is excellent and abundant.

We chose the structure because it is located in a quiet position but close to the center of Parma to visit the city. We were satisfied with the welcome, cleanliness, and correspondence with expectations.
