Description
B & B is located a few kilometers from the sea in a quiet area in the heart of the Po Delta Area
Two double-triple rooms are available with shared bathroom. The homemade breakfast is served in the garden.

In addition there is also a double room with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV color and a kitchen. This room has a separate entrance, ideal for longer stays.

Pets are allowed.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

A true oasis 5 minutes from the sea, it's the real bed and breakfast. Above all, Mrs. Luciana is kind, welcoming, and caring. Truly, it's a nice place to feel good!

We stayed at La Mia Oasi and we are very satisfied, very welcoming structure, well-kept, impeccable cleanliness. Very quiet place just a few kilometers from the main beaches in the area, excellent breakfast with the delicious jams and cakes of Mrs. Luciana. We highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

I stayed at the B&B La Mia Oasi with my bike as I had planned a tour of the Valli di Comacchio and the Sacca Scardovari. The B&B, surrounded by greenery, is a short distance from the Statale Romea and therefore offers the possibility to move in every direction. The room I was offered was to my liking: clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast (enhanced by an unusual pumpkin jam!). Mrs. Luciana is friendly and nice. I would gladly return.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in the countryside surrounded by fields, suitable for those who want to spend a few days in nature. The owner is a very helpful lady who prepares excellent cakes and delicious jams for a great breakfast. Dogs are welcome and have the freedom to roam in a well-kept large garden. Overall, it was a great stay.

Ubicata in campagna, ma relativamente vicino a Comacchio, dove ci siamo recati per la sagra dell'anguilla, Tranquillo, pulito, organizzato, colazione abbondante con prodotti genuini della fattoria, gestione efficiente, accogliente, simpatica. La famiglia, si è trovata bene. Ci torneremo. Simpatici ed interessanti gli affreschi dipinti dalla gestrice, sui muri interni ed esterni della struttura.

Una favola, posto incantevole immerso nel verde. B&B pulito e molto curato nei minimi dettagli arricchito dai meravigliosi quadri dipinti dalla signora dolcissima che gestisce la struttura e cosa dire delle colazioni buonissime le crostate e le marmellate super il ritorno al B&B era superlativo con il profumo delle torte appena sfornate e con la dolcezza della signora come essere a casa sarebbe un peccato non andare.

Ottimo rifugio dal caos e sosta ideale per rilassarsi. Accoglienza casalinga in un piccolo angolo di silenzio. Splendide marmellate fatte in casa. Se cercate un resort siete nel posto sbagliato. Se volete un B&B per fuggire dalla plastica e dal cemento allora siete a destinazione.

Posto veramente fantastico, fuori dal caos, silenzioso, fresco. Un'oasi a tutti gli effetti! Pace e tranquillità in mezzo alla natura, adatatto per il relax. Super cordialità e disponibilità della titolare, persona simpaticissima e accogliente! Colazione abbondante e genuina (tutti prodotti fatti in casa). Pulizia impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Due giorni stupendi; la gentilezza della signora Luciana sa metterti a tuo agio. Colazione stupenda, yogurt squisito, torte meravigliose. La struttura è ben rapportata nel contesto della campagna che la circonda, sicuramente da ritornarci.

Il primo anno ci siamo capitati per caso e questa è la decima estate che io e il mio ragazzo veniamo qui. Ci siamo subito sentiti come a casa e ogni anno la signora Luciana ci accoglie a braccia aperte, ci prepara delle super colazioni ed è diventata non solo la padrona di casa ma anche un'amica. Cani, leprotti e altri animaletti selvatici allietano le nostre vacanze in mezzo alla natura e a 5 minuti di auto dal mare.

Accolti dalla gentilezza di Luciana per una rapida sosta nel nostro viaggio in moto, abbiamo molto apprezzato, oltre alla qualità della struttura, la sua collocazione in una vera oasi di tranquillità. Inusuale la compagnia di una famiglia di gufi che ci hanno vigilato le moto durante la notte. Ottime le marmellate.

B&B tranquillo a 10 minuti di auto dai lidi di Comacchio e 10 minuti dalla città di Comacchio! Circondato dalla natura è un B&B accogliente, io ho soggiornato nel monolocale e avevamo tutto quello che può servire: posto auto, cucina, tv, condizionatore ecc. La proprietaria molto gentile ci ha coccolato per tutta la vacanza con i suoi dolci e il suo Yoghurt fatto in casa! Torneremo a far visita.

Il migliore B&B in cui sono stata finora. La proprietaria oltre a essere simpaticissima sa come trattare bene i clienti, il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nella natura che ti fa anche dimenticare che vicino c'è il mare perché si sta così bene. Poi c'è anche da dire che la proprietaria fa delle colazioni super che neanche in un hotel a quattro stelle avevo mangiato così; prepara marmellate e torte fatte in casa ottime, buonissime. Quindi lo consiglio a tutti, evitate hotel succhiasoldi, venite qui!
