Our B&B is located in a setting of stunning mountains, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view nearby Collina. "6stanco" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, unique, distinctive style, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to be amazed by the work of our artisans, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on various food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.

Our residence is the perfect location all families on the move will feel right at home here, thanks to games and pastimes arranged for your children, if you're looking to spend time in untouched nature.
Accommodation features
Our guests can take advantage of en-suite bathroom in each room, free Wi-Fi, heated environment, guests are free to return at any time of night, car park, well-tended garden, large terrace.

We offer our guests a shared pool for cooling down on hot days.
You can enjoy various excursions (trekking, cycling/mountain-biking, horse-riding) to visit local beauty spots.
Our B&B rooms:
Our rooms include hair dryer, internet access, child's bed (on request), television, mirror with luggage rack. We will greet you in the morning with a plentiful, delicious breakfast.
Olimpia Villa:
Can accommodate up to 6 guests in treee double bedrooms. Self-catering. Additional dining table and chairs on private terrace overlooking the pool.
Giacomina & Giuseppina apartments:
Can accommodate up to 5 guests in these monovolume double height spaces. Self-catering with extra dining tables and chairs on terraces in the garden.
Notes

We're pleased to welcome your furry friends in the apartments if organised at the time of booking, with a supplement.
Hosts will provide all information needed in Italian and in English & a little in French.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ruth is the perfect host - kind and extremely helpful. 6Stanco is a delightful property in an excellent location. There are plenty of interesting places and good restaurants nearby and it's a quick and easy drive from Bologna. Ruth's breakfasts are perfect and we ate them on the patio under a delightful vine covered patio and with excellent views. We could not have done better - very highly recommended whether you're in the main house or in one of the cottages.

The structure is located in a hilly area rich in very beautiful panoramas. We stayed in the rooms of the main house renovated with respect and furnished with great taste. The outdoor space is also beautiful and well-kept. We will return in a warmer period to also enjoy the beautiful pool. Very comfortable beds and superb bathrooms. The icing on the cake was the welcome of Ruth, a special, attentive and helpful person, makes you feel at home and prepares excellent breakfasts.

Located a few minutes from Grizzana and 25 from Rocchetta, it is a characteristic structure for the rock and the layout of the buildings. We stayed in the Camillo room on the 1st floor with wooden floor and door, renovated bathroom, view of the surrounding hills. The pool is really a plus, very pleasant and always accessible. Definitely a place to come back!

It was really a pleasure to stay at Ruth and family, very hospitable, spacious rooms, structure in the middle of nature and close (by car, not on foot) to some attractions. Curated and abundant breakfast.

Stanco is a village 3km from the centre of Grizzana Morandi on the south side of Monte Stanco in the Bolognese Apennines. Our breathtaking panorama looking south, takes in Montovolo, Corno alle scale & the Cimone. We're at 600m a.s.l and 12 mins from the RIOVEGGGIO A1 motorway exit on the PANORAMICO branch.
