The homemade breakfast and the friendliness of the host are unbeatable. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. Simply great. Highly recommended. Anytime again.

Spacious and beautiful bedrooms very clean, like excellent clean bathrooms unfortunately only accessible from the hallway. Breakfast includes homemade jams and sweet pastries, nothing savory. Renato always helpful and very friendly. I would recommend at any time.

We stayed four nights at this B&B surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of the Karst plateau. We were greeted by Mr. Renato and his wife, lovely people with whom it was pleasant to chat. The breakfast was rich and plentiful with homemade bread, biscuits, and jams. The Asia room was very well-kept and clean. A relaxing stay recommended for tranquility lovers.

Immersed in the tranquility of the hill, we were welcomed by Mr. Renato, who entertained us with his stories and delighted us with his excellent pastries and biscuits for breakfast. 10-15 minutes by car there is the sea, half an hour the giant cave and in about 40 minutes the elegant Trieste. In the surroundings, there are excellent restaurants and trattorias with typical cuisine. The location is great for trekking in the Carso and for places related to the First World War. We had a good time and came back recharged with many beautiful memories… And with the cherries picked in the garden!

Very beautiful and clean room, excellent welcome from the manager and delicious breakfast with truly homemade products. It would have been perfect to have air conditioning in the room, but probably the heat was exceptional for the area.

The manager is a delightful person and provided many tips on places to visit and activities to do in the surrounding area. The property is very beautiful and clean, surrounded by greenery and quiet, the access road just paved (thus smooth and convenient), spacious and classy rooms. The breakfast was varied and very good. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti e siamo stati molto bene, abbiamo trovato cortesia, ospitalità, e quattro chiacchiere fatte con gusto e vero piacere con il Sig. Renato. Torneremo perché è un ottimo punto di soggiorno per conoscere il Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Per il secondo anno abbiamo soggiornato con molto piacere al B&B San Martino, un posto accogliente, famigliare e tranquillo per noi di Monza. Molto apprezzato soprattutto per la tranquillità. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Fantastica struttura, immersa nel verde del Carso Isontino con una vista mozzafiato di tutta la bassa friulana. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e la pulizia è impeccabile. Il Sig. Renato e consorte sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti. Il paesaggio del Carso, carico di storia drammatica, è meraviglioso soprattutto in questa stagione dove la primavera è esplosa in tutti i suoi colori e profumi. Da consigliare assolutamente per gli amanti della natura, della storia e del relax.

Sono stata alcuni giorni ospite in questa struttura con mio marito e ne ho ricavato una impressione eccellente. La camera era grande e ariosa, molto luminosa e con bella vista sul giardino. Il bagno era molto ampio, con la vasca idromassaggio. La pulizia degli ambienti ineccepibile. Ottima la colazione, molto buono il pane fatto in casa e le genuine confetture. Il proprietario è stato gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per le visite che abbiamo effettuato a Gorizia, Trieste e Lubiana. Molto piacevole anche il giardino circostante e rilassante il profondo silenzio della zona, interrotto solo dal dolce canto degli uccellini. Un'esperienza quindi senza dubbio molto positiva.

Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura e siamo ripartiti con la sensazione di aver fatto una bella esperienza di accoglienza. La casa è in un posto bellissimo e tranquillo. Camera spaziosa, pulizia accuratissima e colazione genuina e abbondante. Il gestore ci ha dato preziosi consigli sui posti da visitare e sugli acquisti di prodotti locali. La colazione era un momento per conversazioni molto piacevoli. Merita assolutamente il voto espresso!

Bellissima esperienza, gestori accoglienti e professionali, colazione abbondante e di alto livello, servizio molto accurato. Il bagno, molto bello, spazioso e accessoriato, non era in stanza e, solo per questo motivo, non ho dato il punteggio massimo alla struttura (ma è davvero un dettaglio). Spero di tornarci.

Abbiamo dormito una notte in questa struttura e da subito ci siamo trovati bene come a casa nostra. Abbiamo trovato pace, tranquillità e ospitalità al mattino, la colazione era come me l'aspettavo: torta, brioches, pane, marmellata e biscottini vari. Vale la pena di ritornarci.

La struttura è moderna, il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è grande con un divano e un letto molto comodo, stanza di una pulizia minuziosa. Bagno privato con idromassaggio da favola. Sono sicura di tornare in questa struttura in caso di bisogno, e la consiglierei a tutti coloro che hanno voglia di un soggiorno in tranquillità senza rinunciare ai comfort.
