The most amazing hosts I have ever experienced - so friendly and generous. Rooms were spotless and good size. Breakfast was excellent. It is not really in a tourist area but the property is less than an hour from Trieste and very close to Udine - both cities are well worth a visit. Good value. Must repeat - amazing hosts, so friendly.

I was with my wife to attend a wedding in the region. We are French and this is the first time we have visited Italy. We had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect, in the middle of the greenery, while being close to the city center. The accommodation is of a high quality and is very comfortable. And above all, we were very warmly welcomed. Our hosts were very kind and made us feel at home. It makes us want to come back to Italy, to this region, and to their home.

It was a very nice stay. The hosts were very warm and helpful. A quiet area with a beautiful view of vineyards. Close to cities and 30 minutes to the sea in Monfalcone. I can only recommend!

I chose this accommodation because of its proximity to the Rosazzo Monastery. For this reason, I also rated the location very highly. The couple is very charming, the house with garden is very well-kept. There are 4 dogs on site, but they behave calmly and always show joy in receiving visitors. The breakfast is plentiful and not limited. The rooms are spacious and furnished with antique furniture, and above all, it is very quiet. Parking in the courtyard right in front of the house.

We stayed at this property on the way to and back from Croatia. Quiet area but close to historical/cultural sites and some wineries. Fresh, spacious, and very clean room. Abundant breakfast in a very welcoming room. Well-kept house and garden. Extremely kind owners, a special mention goes to the wonderful and sweet dogs. Thank you!

In words, we could never do justice to the experience lived. You have to go there to understand it. Once you cross the gate, you will enter an environment that just thinking about it gives me peace and tranquility. Franca and Vitaliano will be there to welcome you, two fantastic gentlemen, splendid and fun people. The house is a gem as well, and above all, thanks to the work and love with which they take care of it. From breakfast, to swims in the pool, to chats, time will fly too quickly, but you will feel good. The view, well, it's splendid, a frame on Friuli. I said it at the beginning, I can't do justice to these days with just this review, but if you can, go there also to escape the city for a few days! Thank you Franca, thank you Vitaliano! With my husband, we stayed at this Bed & Breakfast Casa De Marco the first weekend of March on the occasion of B&B Day 2022. The house was cozy and beautiful, the room large with a great bathroom en suite. Mrs. Franca and her husband were kind and helpful, serving us a good breakfast. Due to the season, we did not use the pool, but we will definitely return in the warmer weather!

Very quiet location, clean rooms, abundant breakfast. The highlight is the outdoor area with a small well-kept garden and a beautiful pool. The managers were always available and kind, we immediately felt at home, both us and our little dog.

Highly recommended. The property is very beautiful, in a quiet yet strategic location to visit the eastern part of Friuli. It enjoys a stunning view over the plain. The spaces are spacious and the cleanliness is impeccable, even in the pool. The breakfast is excellent and abundant. The icing on the cake was the welcome received from Mrs. Franca and Mr. Vitaliano. They are two wonderful and attentive people: it was a real pleasure to meet them. Siamo stati in questo B&B, una struttura bellissima situata in una posizione strategica, con un bel panorama, i padroni di casa Franca e Vitaliano sono persone molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno accolto e fatto sentire come in famiglia. Consigliamo di andare in questo B&B perché è un posto molto curato, sia per la pulizia delle camere, e sia nella parte esterna con giardino e piscina molto belli. Un ringraziamento particolare che ci avete regalato con una colazione molto ricca di dolci preparati da Franca. Anche i nostri bau sono stati benissimo e coccolati. Sono stato ospite presso la struttura in occasione della gran fondo help for Haiti a Cividale de Friuli. Purtroppo, causa problemi lavorativi, sono potuto rimanere una sola notte e ho avuto pochissimo tempo per conoscere i titolari che si sono dimostrati sin sa subito molto socievoli e gentilissimi. La struttura è davvero graziosa, lontana dal caos della città e gode di una tranquillità che è difficile trovare in altri posti. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era ben pulita, ben tenuta e l'ideale per riposare. La colazione è stata abbondante e variegata. Ringrazio ancora i titolari per la loro gentilezza e per la loro premura nei miei confronti. Se avete voglia di un po' di tranquillità e di staccare dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni, questo posto fa proprio per voi. Non ne rimarrete delusi.
