Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 20 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 19 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Kindness and courtesy of Federico are an excellent business card. The comfortable and well-finished accommodation. Easy access to historical and artistic locations. We will come back.

Beautiful farmhouse especially in the summer period considering the outdoor space. The rooms, or rather the apartments, are clean and equipped with every comfort. The owner is kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended.

The structure is located in a charming place near the park of Lake Vico. Equipped with all services including the pool. The accommodation consists of a comfortable mini apartment with a kitchenette. The managers are kind and offer their hospitality with cordiality. Excellent value for money.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo per una notte nel periodo di pasqua durante un giro nella Tuscia (ahimè solo per una notte!). La zona non è coperta da segnale e quindi non è stato facile trovarlo, anche se ci sono riuscita al primo tentativo. Appena arrivati ci siamo trovati davanti un posto incantevole e un proprietario (Federico) molto gentile ed ospitale, che ci ha dato il benvenuto offrendoci delle ottime nocciole prodotte dalla sua azienda. L' appartamento, con vista su un bellissimo giardino, era nuovo e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Niente lasciato al caso. Non mancava assolutamente niente, anzi offerto da loro, una bottiglia di acqua, caffè, tisane e una confezione di biscotti buonissimi fatti dalla proprietaria. Ci sono state date informazioni sia su ristoranti che su luoghi da visitare. L' ambiente è veramente bello e rilassante, in una riserva naturale. Il giardino è curatissimo con un grande barbecue e forno a legna, oltre ad un ampio porticato dove poter mangiare all'aperto. L' agriturismo dispone anche di una bellissima piscina. Consiglio a tutti coloro che amano la natura questo posto e ci tornerò sicuramente in estate per godermelo appieno.
