Description
Country house surrounded by green hills, garden of about 2000, 00 mq. with parking, barbecue and wood-hoven. n° 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with fireplace, big sitting room with TV, library and video archive. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Pets admitted. Particulary suitable fof families with children: toys and baby games provided. The enligthned parking can hosts campers and roulottes and we have a vigilance service.

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Non è possibile preparare da mangiare NELLE CAMERE, solo perché c'è una cucina , con camino, attrezzata per qualsiasi cosa ( oltre alle stoviglie, fornelli, macchina da caffè, forno a gas, griglie per camino )
Dal 1 gennaio del 2019, il Comune di Viterbo ha deciso di aumentare la tassa di soggiorno da € 1,00 a € 2,30 a persona per notte.
La struttura ha deciso di addebitare al cliente solo € 1,50 facendosi carico della differenza .
