Beautiful place to rest a few days visiting the area, spacious and very clean apartment, nice pool. The managers, Silvia first and foremost, know how to make you feel comfortable even with just a few gestures, the visit to the cellar is a moment not to be missed absolutely and not only for the excellent wine. What can I say... thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Sono venuta per motivi di studio a Montefiascone e mi sono trovata benissimo nella struttura. Immersa nel verde, purtroppo, il tempo a mia disposizione è stato poco, però senz'altro ci ritornerò. Ho portato con me la mia gatta che è stata benissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole rilassarsi immersi nel verde. Inoltre i loro prodotti sono buonissimi.

Un luogo fatato, un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole, persone gentilissime, struttura pulita curata nei minimi dettagli, ottima posizione per visitare tutta la Tuscia, ottimi i prodotti dell'orto. I dolci di Silvia davvero sublimi. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica al di sopra delle aspettative. Grazie di cuore.

La Signora Silvia è stata un'eccellente ospite e ci ha deliziato con la sua simpatia. La colazione, servita in un patio all'aperto, è stata eccellente con torte squisite preparate da Lei. E non trascurabile il Sig. Domenico che ci ha portato nella sua cantina scavata nel tufo nella quale godendo di una temperatura fresca, anche se alle 9 del mattino, abbiamo assaggiato i suoi vini che poi abbiamo anche acquistato per berli con più copiosità all'arrivo nel luogo della nostra vacanza. Ci torneremo se di passaggio a Montefiascone.

La Fattoria Capobianco è stata davvero una bella scoperta. Il posto è accogliente, immerso nella natura, e rispecchia tradizioni e sapori antichi. L'atmosfera è semplice, spontanea e Michele e Silvia sono davvero gentili, generosi con gli ospiti. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la fattoria per una settimana, ottima accoglienza, ottima posizione e bellissimo casale, che con Silvia e la sua famiglia..ci hanno riportato un pò indietro nel tempo riscoprendo le cose buone prodotte dalla loro terra..ottimo il loro vino Est Est Est, l'olio. Insomma, un sogno per noi amanti della natura! Grazie.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato alla Fattoria Capobianco a Pasqua di quest'anno. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: ambienti ampi e puliti, cucina, camere e bagno dotati di tutto il necessario, panorama splendido su Montefiascone, ampio giardino a disposizione. Zona tranquilla, ma comoda per raggiungere tutte le belle località della zona (Montefiascone, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena e il lago, Bomarzo, Viterbo, Pitigliano, …). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Quello però che abbiamo più apprezzato, sono stati i proprietari e gestori della struttura: accoglienti, generosi e sempre presenti senza mai essere invadenti. Disponibili a consigliarci e a "raccontarci" con passione la loro casa e il loro territorio. I nostri bambini (7 e 9 anni), grandi amanti della natura e degli animali, nei momenti in cui non eravamo a spasso, erano praticamente sempre a scorrazzare in giardino e nel vicino orto/pollaio tra coniglietti, oche e galline, sotto l'attenta supervisione del sig. Domenico che ringraziamo per la pazienza e le attenzioni che ha riservato a loro e a noi! Un grande grazie per l’ospitalità va anche a Silvia e Michele, e alla signora Rosella che ci ha anche deliziato con i dolci tipici della tradizione locale! In conclusione, un posto sicuramente da consigliare agli amanti dei soggiorni tranquilli e dove torneremo con molto piacere!
