My husband and I were there last year and we returned this year with great pleasure. Morena is a lovely person and together with her husband they form a charming couple. The place is stunning, excellent for relaxing. It is very clean, with daily change of linens. What can I say, we will be there also next year.

Very beautiful and well-maintained structure. Morena is a very kind, caring and very helpful person to the customer's needs. Unfortunately, the only negative aspect to highlight, as also reported to Morena, is the flow of hot water with which it was difficult to take a shower as it was extremely reduced. The place has a parking lot and is very convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the entrance to the 'Il Casale negli Olivi'.

Il Casale negli Olivi is a structure that combines the serenity of a secluded place and the convenience of connections that quickly reach the areas of interest, from the most typical, such as the Cinque Terre, to the characteristic villages. Very clean and comfortable room. Morena is a fantastic homeowner: attentive and available to recommend the best solutions to visit the area, makes the stay pleasant with her friendliness! We hope to return soon.

Returned a few days ago after a wonderful stay dedicated to relaxation. Mrs. Morena and her husband welcomed us with great sympathy and availability: qualities not taken for granted. The place is immersed in the freshness of an olive grove and the structure is cared for in the smallest details. Its location was strategic for those, like us, who wanted to combine a seaside stay with walks in the Ligurian and Tuscan hinterland. Truly compliments and heartfelt thanks... see you soon!

We spent days of pure relaxation and rest. The caring welcome, in a family style, and the precious suggestions on how to spend our stay immediately made us feel at ease. The room is beautiful and comfortable, as well as the outside, where we enjoyed the coolness of the vegetation during the hottest hours of the day. The location is functional, as it is not far from the beaches, but at the same time, it is isolated from the noises of the center. In short, we had a great time!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The owner is very kind and always available, the room is spacious, well cleaned, equipped, and very particular in its decor. Strategic location, 2 minutes by car from the sea, 30 minutes from Forte dei Marmi. Highly recommended!

Morena, the owner, super kind, attentive and caring. Very cozy and cool room, in a very quiet and relaxing environment, impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast not available on-site at the moment, brilliantly compensated with vouchers for a seaside bar/restaurant. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, just a few minutes by car from Lerici, an ideal spot to visit the Cinque Terre. Close to Sarzana and Massa, marble quarries. The room is delightful, meticulously cared for, fresh, and very clean. The owner, Mrs. Morena, is very kind and helpful, providing us with many tips on restaurants, parking, and bus schedules. If desired, the bus stop is right at the entrance of the property and you can reach Lerici in no time without worrying about parking. I recommend it without any doubt.

Thanks also to Morena's advice we spent four intense days. After each day spent at the sea or hiking, returning to the tranquility of Morena's house, one forgot that noises and traffic exist in the world. We only spent a weekend but if we had more time we would have definitely liked to stay a few more days! The place is very beautiful, surrounded by nature, but also very close to Lerici and the other places we visited. Moreover, Morena is a wonderful person, so welcoming, kind, and helpful! Soggiornato in due nel weekend di fine agosto. Struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, accogliente e pulitissima. Colazione abbondante e ottima. Morena sempre gentilissima e molto disponibile, siamo stati davvero bene, anche per pochi giorni. Ci torneremo presto! Località vicina alle spiagge di Lerici. Giulia e Gabriele.

L'accoglienza è il punto di forza di questa struttura. Morena è meravigliosa, si prodiga per il benessere dei suoi ospiti, non si risparmia in niente. Il Casale è incantevole, la camera accogliente, romantica. La pulizia eccellente. Lo consiglierò vivamente.

Splendida struttura immersa in un contesto meraviglioso ed estremamente tranquillo. Abbiamo soggiornato per un brevissimo periodo ma sufficiente per innamorarcene e riprometterci di tornarci a brevissimo. Se siete alla ricerca di un posto immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità, questo è il posto giusto. Ogni angolo del Casale è curato nel minimo dettaglio. Oltre alla camera spaziosa, c’è un terrazzino per gli ospiti. Pulitissimo e colazione abbondante. La località è vicinissima al mare. Unite a tutto questo la presenza di Morena che vi sembrerà di conoscere da sempre e che vi saprà consigliare, ma che sa essere discreta allo stesso tempo. Che dire? Dopo la prima volta abbiamo sentito la necessità di tornarci una seconda e appena riusciremo, ci torneremo di nuovo.

Mi dispiace aver dato il massimo voto a tutte le voci perché significa che la prossima volta farò ancora più fatica a trovare posto in questa bellissima struttura mandata avanti da una fantastica, simpaticissima e carinissima "tosa", ma non potevo proprio fare a meno di scrivere questa recensione. CI siamo trovati splendidamente e siamo stati trattati veramente da ospiti di riguardo. La struttura si trova vicinissima alle spiagge di Lerici e a 5 km dalla città di Sarzana (bellissime tutte e due le cittadine.) Un grazie di cuore a Morena e a tutta la sua simpaticissima famigliola. A presto, perché tornerò.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia al B&B "Il casale negli olivi" per quattro giorni a luglio, dove eravamo già stati ben due volte, e come sempre ci siamo trovati benissimo! Immersa nel verde con ulivi, vigne e bosco adiacente, a due passi da Lerici - 5 minuti in macchina ma raggiungibile facilmente anche con l'autobus di linea con fermata proprio davanti al cancello d'entrata! - è una struttura a conduzione familiare veramente ideale per chi vuole fare piacevoli soggiorni di relax e tranquillità al mare, e non solo. Le camere comode ed accoglienti, pulizia ed ordine, parcheggio interno, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, il fresco del giardino attorno alla villa ed inoltre la gentilezza e simpatia squisita della signora Morena, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio in ogni momento del soggiorno. Vivamente consigliata!
