La Giuditta is an intimate and cosy B&B, dipped in the countryside, on the hills that surround the city.

It is an indipendent house which boasts a beautiful view of the La Spezia Gulf; therefore it is the ideal location for those who like relaxing into nature.

The city center, the station and the harbour are located only 5 km away from the B&B;
Lerici and Portovenere with their beautiful beaches are 12 km away, as well as the ancient town of Sarzana, weather the Cinque Terre are 15 km from La Giuditta.

An hour on the highway you will reach Genova as well as Pisa, Lucca and the Garfagnana; Florence is two hours away.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. The host was friendly and the location was calm, situated 3 km from La Spezia. The only suggestion we might have is for a larger coffee maker.

Highly recommendable! It’s a very beautiful location, peaceful but close to the city. The host family is warm-hearted and welcoming, the house is smartly equipped with everything one needs for a couple of days and you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Perfect place to stay. The house is situated in the beautiful garden in calm area of la Spezia. It is 10 minutes by car to the city center, where you can take train to the Cinque Terre (8 minutes to the first stop), a boat to the Porto Venere (20 min boat trip) etc. Easy access to the highway. Sarah and her family are exceptional hosts, very friendly and helpful. Property is very clean and tidy, you have everything you need for pleasant holidays.

The warm welcome by the owners predicted a lot of good. True. This is what we hope to meet at a bed and breakfast. Into detail, everything was charmingly thought of and taken care of. At check out they gave us some of their home made fig jam and a car refreshing little bag of lavender. Not only a home away from home but almost a new branch to our family tree.

Great stay at La Giuditta. Quiet, clean, and our host Paola is truly top-notch. She made us homemade yogurts and jams. She provided us with detailed information about the places to visit and the schedules, thank you very much to her.

Nous avons été très très bien accueillis par la famille. Notre petite maison en pierre sur un jardin en terrasse était parfaitement équipée et très propre et entretenue. Petite maison de conte de fée avec vue sur la vallée verdoyante. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pleine de charme, au calme mais non loin de tout (en voiture).

Situation splendide dans un environnement calme. Hors mais proche des Cinque Terre chaotiques. Petit déjeuner charmant dans le jardin en-dessous du cérisier et goutant des confitures savoureuses. Bon contact aves les proprietaires.

Nous ne donnons pas d'évaluation sur les petits déjeuners car nous ne déjeunions sur place, par contre nous avons aimés la tarte confectionnée par la propriétaire ainsi que les fruits. Notre séjour c'est très bien passé très bonnes recommandations aussi bien sur les lieux a découvrir et les lieux ou se restaurer. Les propriétaires sont adorables et au petit soin pour leurs invité (e) s. Lieu agréable, calme, et très bien tenu propreté et couchage impeccable. Nous ne pouvons que le recommandé. Tout a été fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans d'excellente condition. Maison indépendante, très confortable. Endroit tranquille et silencieux, avec terrasse et jardin pour prendre ses repas et se reposer, près de la nature tout en étant à côté de la ville et des lieux à visiter. Accueil chaleureux, bon échange en français avec les propriétaires. Merci Paola pour les petits déjeuners copieux et les confitures faites par vos soins.

La petite maison est confortable, intime et très propre. La terrasse offre une vue splendide sur les environs. La fille des propriétaires, qui parle un excellent français, nous a donné de judicieux conseils pour guider nos escapades. Les confitures maison du petit déjeuner étaient succulentes! Un seul bémol, la connexion wi-fi, pas facile à obtenir.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Bed and Breakfast “La Giuditta”. Der Aussicht war atemberaubend schön, das Appartement wirklich sauber und die Frühstücksauswahl mehr als ausreichend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und ebenso nett verabschiedet. Die Unterkunft würden wir definitiv weiter empfehlen und auch selber immer wieder zurückkommen, um ein paar Tage zu entspannen.

La Giuditta ist ein kleines Paradies. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl, ein guter Ort um La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Lerici und Porto Venere zu besuchen oder einfach nur im wunderschönen Garten in der Sonne zu liegen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.

We stayed at the property at the beginning of September. From here we were able to visit La Giuditta, Lerici and the 5 Lands which are spectacular. We were greeted by kind, caring and welcoming people. The property is clean and has a small and well-equipped kitchen. The only negative point is the spiral staircase to go up to the room which, with the bathroom on the ground floor, is not very comfortable at night.

Lovely place immersed in greenery but close to the main points of interest. Very cozy house equipped with every comfort and surrounded by a well-kept garden equipped for moments of relaxation. The owners are hospitable and attentive to every need. To top it all off, a small pool to relax at the end of the day. TOP!

I discovered La Giuditta by chance while looking for a place to stay to participate in the Gulf of Poets trail, and it was a fantastic discovery! The location, very well-kept, private, and with a view of the gulf, offers the opportunity for a complete relaxation break, by the pool or enjoying a breakfast outdoors, pampered by fresh bread and jam every morning and by the kind advice of the hosts. Approachable and always available, they add real value to the hospitality. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 fantastici giorni alla Giuditta, base di appoggio ideale per la visita delle 5 terre e dintorni. L'alloggio è immerso nel verde delle colline sopra La Spezia, la casetta si presenta molto graziosa, curata e pulita. Paola e la sua famiglia sono stati disponibilissimi e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli! Da non perdere!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questa splendida struttura. Sicuramente ci torneremo, la location è fantastica e i gestori sono gentili e cordiali; piacevoli momenti come la colazione in giardino sotto il ciliegio saranno indimenticabili. Da provare.

Sono ritornata in questa struttura perché la prima volta mi ero trovata benissimo. La padrona di casa è gentilissima, la struttura molto pulita e confortevole, la posizione ideale per chi vuole andare al mare, ma allo stesso tempo vuole un po di tranquillità. Per colazione oltre alle brioches mettono a disposizione le loro confetture, miele e non manca mai il pane. In quella zona è il mio punto di riferimento.

Proprietari gentilissimi e molto di aiuto nell'esplorazione del territorio circostante. La struttura è bellissima, immersa nel verde della montagna a pochi minuti dalla città di La Spezia. Se volete passare una vacanza o un week end tranquillo, piacevole e riposante scegliete con tutta sicurezza questo posto. Se poi amate lo yoga o la meditazione ve ne innamorerete! Energia fantastica.
