We were welcomed by a helper. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. The property is just great, with attention to details. It is located in a small village outside Sassoferrato and it is perfect for a few days of relaxation.

The structure is very beautiful and well-kept in every detail. It is located in a quiet position, but convenient to reach villages and art cities, places immersed in nature and above all the Frasassi caves, our main destination during the stay. The owner is very kind and welcoming. Recommended structure, we will come back!

Perfect and strategic for excursions in delightful places, quiet, small but very well-kept. Only breakfast is missing, but the pastry shops in Sassoferrato more than make up for it! We will be back with friends from other regions. When possible.

Siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, veramente un sogno per noi che veniamo da una città caotica. Un silenzio assoluto che ci è servito per ritemprarci da un anno di fatiche, una residenza nuovissima e molto attrezzata (la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è il riscaldamento a pavimento efficientissimo tanto che camminavamo sempre a piedi scalzi) camere accoglienti e molto rifinite, sanitari nuovi e acqua sempre caldissima, una vista stupenda sulle colline, e anche una taverna riscaldata da un bel caminetto e molto fornita. Consigliamo questa struttura alle famiglie che vogliono trovare una soluzione economica ma che è molto vantaggiosa nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente, magari a Pasqua.

Una bellissima dimora storica in cui si respira un'atmosfera fatta di "storia e vita" di una famiglia che ha desiderato recuperare le proprie radici in una rivisitazione in chiave moderna. Confort, pulizia, sicurezza della struttura, arredo, disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari, rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione strategica della piccola frazione rendono "Il Sogno di Tino" un luogo ideale per ritemprare il cuore e la mente.

Nel cuore delle Marche, in un borgo silenzioso e tranquillo, arroccato su una collina, da cui si gode un panorama mozzafiato: il B&B, piccolino ma accogliente e pulitissimo, è l'ideale per chi cerca un po' di pace, lontano dalla confusione delle grandi città. Essere muniti di macchina è necessario, per raggiungere (comodamente in 20-30 minuti) le principali attrazioni del luogo, dalle incantevoli grotte di Frasassi alle bellissime cittadine di Sassoferrato e Fabriano. Consigliatissimo, anche per la cortesia dei simpatici proprietari.
