The structure is modest and essential, with a pleasant and comfortable "family" atmosphere. The managers are very helpful and welcoming. The cleanliness is top-notch and the rooms are very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. I stopped for one night for work in that area and I would have no doubt about returning if needed.

We chose this property as a base for a tour of the main cities of the Marche region and the many medieval villages, as well as for a jump to the sea (in the Conero park area which is 1 hour away but worth it). The location of the property about 30 minutes from Macerata is very convenient for city visits or mountain excursions. The host is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The breakfast, abundant, ranges from sweet to savory. Impeccable cleanliness (according to my wife who is particularly attentive). Truly recommended!

The managers are fantastic people, I arrived at their facility during a bike trip and they warmly welcomed me. The evening I arrived there were no restaurants open in the village and it was about to rain, Mr. Tommaso kindly drove me to the nearest restaurant. Abundant homemade breakfast with pastries and high-quality products.

Our stay was short but very pleasant. The location is a quiet place for those who want to relax or have a good position to visit the places around Tolentino. The attention to details and the cleanliness of the room were very much appreciated by us. Hosts very kind and loving in their actions. We stayed at Mrs. Silvana's B&B for only 3 nights (too few) during our vacation in Marche. The structure is very easy to reach and is very convenient for moving around the province of Macerata. Excellent the mini apartment with 3 beds, which proved to be extremely functional since we were 2 women and 1 man (the manager didn't know, it was a pleasant surprise, even though we were ready to stay in a single room). Very good location, from which places of considerable interest can be reached quickly. The owner is very friendly and also provided us with a sumptuous and delicious breakfast. To suggest and to return.

Sono stato ospite del B&B in occasione della gran fondo Sibillini di ciclismo. Avevo trovato questo posto quasi per caso ma il caso è stato davvero un colpo di fortuna. Purtroppo la mia permanenza è stata molto ridotta ma è bastato poco tempo per entrare in perfetta sintonia con i titolari della struttura. Il luogo è molto suggestivo, immerso tra i colori della campagna, silenzioso, tranquillo ed a poca distanza dai centri più importanti. La stanza assegnatami mi è piaciuta sin da subito: molto accogliente, ben strutturata (c'è anche un piccolo spazio cucina molto utile), pulita e ben tenuta. La signora Silvana e marito sono stai davvero gentili, premurosi e mi hanno fatto sentire come fossi a casa mia e si è subito instaurato un bel rapporto di amicizia. Faccio un ultimo piccolo cenno alla colazione a dir poco magnifica e abbondante con dolci fatti in casa davvero squisiti. Se avete in programma una vacanza nelle Marche, vi consiglio di cuore il B&B La Mimosa, ne rimarrete davvero soddisfatti.
