Description
We are located at 500 mt from the Felizzano exit (A21 Highway). Closed to Alessandria, in a large old and preserved rural court in the countryside, we offer rooms and apartments for two or more persons, free barbecue, woodfire, small swimmingpool and ping-pong.

Price: 50 Euro for a double room.

Very unique location, surreal atmosphere that evokes images and suggestions of other times. Large and comfortable rooms, old-fashioned style but functional, reminiscent of an era when life was simple and genuine, albeit very hard. Courtyard with a very colorful garden where the spontaneity of the vegetation welcomes with a smile. Suitable for dreamers, pilgrims, travelers, those who love silence and privacy. Not suitable for those who don't know what real countryside is, those who can't adapt, those who expect to find the comforts of contemporary life as if in a luxury hotel in the city center.

Camera fredda, senza riscaldamenti ed acqua calda. Struttura datata. Prenotate 7 notti, abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte poiché non c'è stata collaborazione nella risoluzione dei disservizi. Il titolare ci ha trattenuto una notte in più del dovuto, mai più.

Siamo stati solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio: scelta per la posizione (a due passi dall'uscita dell'autostrada) ma peccato non poter restare di più. Camera molto bella, proprietaria disponibile e simpatica.

Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Le camere fanno veramente schifo ed ho pure le foto, lenzuola vecchia e non cambiata da 100 anni. Pieno di insetti che mi hanno mangiato viva, pure le pulci. Non andrò mai là in vacanza e peccato che non possa publicare le foto per far vedere a tutti che schifo. Non hanno foto sul sito apposta per quello. Colazione dimenticatela, nessuno ve la dà, anzi dovrei chiedere un rimborso.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre (coppia e bambina) più un cane gigante. Già dalla mail di contatto c'è stata massima disponibilità ad accoglierci, con la proposta di un appartamentino, più comodo, con il cane di una stanza. Ci è piaciuto l'appartamento, semplice ma completo di tutto e con dettagli estetici pensati e riusciti. Ottima e curata l'accoglienza della titolare, se torneremo da quelle parti torneremo agli Olivazzi. Grazie.

In a large and ancient rural court, 500 m from A21 Exit 'Felizzano', we offer ospitality in rooms and apartment.
A large double room with bath and the whole material for the breakfast: coffee milk jam - done by us!- fresh bread...We are half way among Asti and Alexandria, around 15 km each. Starting from or farm it's easy and comfortable to go and visit the closest cities (15 km: Asti, Alessandria).
In the farmhouse, a vaste and ancient rural court, we have covered and closed spaces to escape the hottest day hours...
The agriturismo has a small porch with barbecue and firewood oven for the guests, a small swimming pool, an ample barn with ping pong and table games...in short, a beautiful relax!
The cost? starting from 50 Euro for two people.
