Ours is a small bed and breakfast with two double bedrooms for guests in our home.

To welcome you there will be me, my husband Gianluca and our little princess Rebecca, as well as a pimp kitty who occasionally comes to cuddle our customers.

We are in a small village on the Asti hills, Montaldo Scarampi, a UNESCO heritage site, about 15 minutes by car from Asti.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Nice bed and breakfast in a quiet location, Federica and her husband make you feel at home, our room was very spacious and clean like the whole structure. We had a great time. We will definitely come back.

We stayed for two nights for work. The property is beautiful, clean, meticulously maintained, and excellently managed by the owners. The rooms are spacious and have private bathrooms. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The owners are always available, kind, and smiling. The view of the hills is spectacular. Highly recommended.

I stayed with my wife and another couple of friends from 2nd to 4th November. We had a great time thanks to the friendliness and kindness of the owners and the central location of the house in relation to the most famous villages in the Langhe, Monferrato and Asti. Very beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained house: absolutely recommended.

I stayed with my wife for 3 days, very kind managers always available to meet even by anticipating our requests. The property is located on a hill where the silence is absolute, definitely suitable for rest.

I can only say one thing: our day of relaxation in this beautiful and welcoming structure was positive. We were really good and the managers were brilliant. They created a nice atmosphere and made us feel comfortable right away. Thank you very much, we will gladly return.
