Nestled on the border between Piemonte and Liguria, the Cascina delle Signore is a historic 18th-century residence surrounded by the lush greenery of Val Borbera, just a few kilometers from the A7 Milan-Genoa motorway and the famous Gavi DOC hills. The property has carefully maintained the rustic charm typical of Piedmontese homes, preserving original features such as vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, marble fireplaces, and vintage cement tile floors. The rooms overlook a landscape of cultivated fields, blooming gardens, and hills, providing guests with a peaceful retreat.

The spacious and quiet rooms are located on the first floor and in the attic, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. There are two shared bathrooms on the first floor. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV, where guests can unwind together. A rich and varied breakfast is served in the historic kitchen or outdoors under the grapevine-covered pergola, with options for personalized menus catering to dietary intolerances or allergies.

The outdoor spaces provide numerous opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment, including a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a shaded porch with a table for al fresco dining, furnished areas with sofas and armchairs, a soccer field, and a ping pong table.
