Description
Our Bed & Breakfast is composed by two buildings and a dèpendance deeply soaked in the green. We have 7 rooms quiet and full of light that have been restored following natural principles. These are the ideal place to appreciate the surrounding silence of the private park where Conca Marina is located.

All rooms have an indipendent entrance, en suite, heating and air conditioning system, tv color, some of them have a mini bar service.

You may cancel your booking at any time and no penalty is due.

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum
Fresh towels every 3 days

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

Confortable maison d'hôte. Calme au sein d'un parc arboré. Accueil sympathique. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Un peu excentré à mon goût. Poste de télévision un peu ancien. Je recommande cet établissement d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Séjour agréable et reposant dans cette immense propriété en dehors de Tempio. Pas trop difficile à trouver ! Chambres très correctes. Accueil sympathique. A recommander.

Una sistemazione tranquilla, immersa nel verde della sughereta. Il gestore è gentile, disponibile e discreto. Base ideale per visitare la zona interna della Gallura ed anche le coste, sebbene più distanti. Stade ben tenute, ideali per motociclisti, ma anche in auto va bene così. Tempio merita una visita.
