Description
In Gallura, just 15 km from Olbia and San Teodoro and from the most beautiful beaches of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia but immersed in the quiet of the countryside, the Agriturismo “La Casa delle Fate” offers hospitality in apartments or rooms. We have two Stazzi Galluresi, an authentic construction from this area of Sardinia and three brand new rooms with independent bathroom. The structure is located within a forest of centuries-old oaks in a 3-hectare estate where we grow lavender, helichrysum and many other aromatic herbs. All apartments are furnished with great care with period furniture and each have air conditioning. A large equipped garden is available to guests and is located at the foot of a picturesque mountain where eagles nest. The "Casa delle Fate" is easily reachable from the port and airport of Olbia. Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 40 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 11:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

Mrs. Costanza welcomed us with immense kindness and availability, along with her little dog Tito. The structure is wonderful, immersed in a forest. Hey, I'm Costanza

La Casa delle Fate is a family-run farmhouse. The owner, Costanza Bonacossa, is a professional journalist who decided to continue the family business, founded in 1800, with the activity of her grandparents Raimondo and Salvatorica, small landowners who lived in the Stazzo, a typical residential area of Gallura, and at the basis of an autonomous and substantially self-sufficient type of society. The stazzo was the fulcrum of life in the countryside, it included the house and a certain number of tanche, used in rotation for agriculture and pastoralism. A specific group of stazzi formed the "cussogghia", an agglomeration of homes which, with their families, formed this original and efficient social and economic system.

Area Campagna

The Agriturismo La Casa delle Fate is located in Gallura, just 15 km from the port and airport of Olbia. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of north-eastern Sardinia: Porto Istana, Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Cala Girgolu and the Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Park.
If you arrive from the port or airport of Olbia, take the road towards Sassari, 4 lanes Olbia-Nuoro. Enter the crossroads for the 4-lane Olbia – Nuoro, San Teodoro, Budoni. Travel about 10 km, then turn at the crossroads for Trudda. Turn left following our directions and travel about 5 km on a small asphalt road. If you arrive from southern Sardinia, take the state road 131 towards Olbia until the crossroads for Trudda (shortly after San Teodoro). Enter the hamlet of Trudda and follow the directions on our signs. You will find us after about 5 km of a small asphalt road.
