Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Everything, first of all convenient location both to the sea and to tourist locations (Viareggio, Lucca, Massaciuccoli...) and ample free parking (something not to be underestimated, not easily found in the area). \nThe owners are of a unique availability and kindness, provide information about the surroundings and welcome guests with small attentions that are not often found, indeed. \nWe stayed in a large room, with a terrace overlooking the lotus flower cultivation (too bad it wasn't the flowering period) and a comfortable bathroom, with a nice large shower. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi included. \nExcellent cleanliness. \nA plus for breakfast, served in a kind of closed terrace/veranda, offers a good choice of drinks and food (delicious cakes and pastries, always different). \nThe same space can be used by guests as a support point to consume any take-out food.

We had a good time. The owner is very kind and very helpful. The only inconvenience is that there is no bidet in the bathroom.

Very nice structure managed by very friendly and helpful people, impeccable cleanliness. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. A place we will definitely return to.

Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia e siamo stati nell'appartamentino. Ci siamo trovati bene, posto piccolo, ma accogliente e pulito. Colazione più che sufficiente! A 10 minuti di macchina da Viareggio e da Lucca!
