Sehr schöner Urlaub, ruhige Lage, nette Vermieter, tolles Frühstück draußen auf der Rasenfläche serviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, geräumig und modern. Es gibt diverse italienische Fernsehsender im Zimmer, aber auch Kanäle auf englisch. Während unseres Urlaubes wurde eine WLAN-Antenne installiert, so dass ab sofort WLAN mit gutem Signal verfügbar ist. Was auch immer man als Gast für einen Wunsch hatte, er wurde einem erfüllt. Die Lage der Anlage ist günstig gelegen. Es sind nur ca. 2km zum Strand von Punta Ala und wenn man sich nachmittags auf die Terrasse setzt, hat man wunderbare Ruhe und eine tolle Aussicht auf die Landschaft und die Berge. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! Kommunikation auf italienisch und auch deutsch möglich.

Excellent value for money. The structure is easily reachable from Follonica and strategically located to reach Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia in a few minutes. It is located in the greenery of Maremma and attached to Baia Verde that could even be reached on foot if there was a pedestrian path or bike lane through the fields. Extremely clean rooms and quality breakfast. It's always a pleasure to return to Luca who welcomes us with simplicity and friendliness.

When the temperature reaches 35 degrees in front of the rooms, it will be an oven. A tent for each room or large umbrellas would be needed. This is the only thing I feel like saying. For the rest, it's exceptional for the cleanliness, the manager, the location, and the breakfast.

We stayed at the B&B Podere 269 from the 4th to the 11th of September 22. We chose this B&B mainly for its location, close to beautiful beaches and very interesting villages to visit. The pleasant surprise was the structure: rooms overlooking the countryside, with impeccable daily cleaning. Last but not least, the kindness and availability of Luca, the manager who "pampered" us every morning with a delicious and abundant breakfast prepared by him: from sweet treats to jams, from yogurt to exquisite bread. For our week-long vacation in Tuscany, we couldn't have made a better choice than staying at Podere 269. Its strategic location allows you to enjoy all the best beaches in the area, first and foremost Cala Violina. The days start off great with breakfast personally prepared by Luca. His tarts, in particular, are phenomenal. Excellent room cleanliness. Furthermore, Luca has always been willing to meet every need (including the use of his freezer) with a cordiality and generosity that's hard to match.

We booked at the bed and breakfast Podere 269 in February choosing it for its strategic position, excellent to reach the various coves and halfway between Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia. Arriving on a Monday afternoon in June, we were immediately welcomed by the manager Luca, very kind and hospitable. He showed us the room and some indications on what to visit and where to eat. The room was tidy and clean, tidied up daily. The breakfasts offered by Luca were exquisite from the first to the last, all made at home by him! From the plumcake to the citrus fruits and pistachios, to the muffins with pine nuts and toasted almonds, to the chocolate and orange ring cake, to the cake with peaches and the tarts with various jams; but also the cereal bread and the yogurt with fresh fruit. In general, when we are on vacation we also like to have a savory note for breakfast and, after the first day, we expressed this desire to Luca, who satisfied us with a warm toast every morning, every day was a treat. Throughout the stay, Luca was always available, even allowing us to use the freezer for ice. He was really good at creating a family atmosphere, so much so that in the morning we all gathered for breakfast exchanging experiences and advice. If you happen to pass through the fantastic Maremma Tuscany, do not hesitate to stop at Podere 269 by Luca and the beautiful sunflowers.

B&B with 4 rooms in total, all translates into tranquility, despite there were other guests, we never heard anything. Quiet place, quite close to the sea (4/5 km), uncrowded free beach, actually sometimes not very crowded. In the surroundings, you can eat well with a normal cost, also there are kiosks selling good quality fruits and vegetables! In the end, I can say recommended. Mi sono recato con la mia ragazza per fare traking a cavallo, la camera è molto semplice, situata in zona tranquilla. La struttura è separata dalla proprietà, sono 4 camere immerse nella campagna della Maremma. Molto disponibili i proprietari e velocissimi con la Colazione in camera. Torneremo sicuramente! Piccolo consiglio Munitevi di contanti perché in struttura non sono muniti di Pos.

Consigliatissimo, ottimo B&B per frequentare le bellissime spiagge della zona, i gestori Luca e Cristiana sono persone attente e professionali, la loro disponibilità e simpatia ti fa sentire a proprio agio come se fossero amici da sempre. Colazioni ottime con torte, yogurt, marmellate e pane fatti da Cristiana. B&B tranquillo e rilassante, le camere si affacciano su un bellissimo campo di girasoli. Servizio navetta per le spiagge della struttura comodissimo e alla guida Luca che con una telefonata ti viene a prendere in tempi brevissimi. Bravi.

Cordialità, professionalità, ospitalità di altissimo livello, eccellente colazione con ricette della tradizione toscana e ligure con ingredienti naturali e genuini mixati con sofisticata esperienza, accurata pulizia quotidiana con cambio biancheria. Minuziosa cura del giardino, servizio navetta per la spiaggia (Cala Violina) ma soprattutto una innata empatia che cura ed accompagna l'ospite durante il soggiorno breve o lungo durante ogni periodo dell'anno, consigliata a chi si vuole bene.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera molto pulita e confortevole. La stanza da bagno é OK. Il letto comodo e sufficientemente ampio. La colazione é stata portata in camera. Posto molto silenzioso. Purtroppo non c’è Wifi, lo sapevamo, ma il proprietario deve provvedere il prima possibile per poter raggiungere l’eccellenza.

Siamo una giovane coppia e abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione perché è tra Follonica, punta ala e Castiglione. Vicinissima poi alla famosa cala violina e altre spiagge molto apprezzate in bassa stagione perché non troppo frequentate! La struttura è nuova e pulitissima! Un punto in più per la pulizia della Camera giornaliera. I proprietari alla mano e sempre disponibili! Disponibilità di colazione gluten free e chi è celiaco sa quanto sia importante! Voto 10! Ci ritorneremo!

Posto bellissimo! Gestori gentilissimi e cordiali! Colazione eccezionale con torte fatte in casa appena sfornate! Posizione incantevole e rilassante tra le spiagge più belle della zona. Gigio (il nostro cagnolino) si è divertito tantissimo a scorrazzare tra il verde! Grazie! Dario Patty Gigio e lo scricciolo nel pancino!

Proprietari gentilissimi e ospitali. Luogo rilassante e in buona posizione visto ke s trova a pochi minuti da punta ala, Castiglione della Pescaia e Follonica. La colazione strepitosa! Prodotti genuini e fatti in casa, anche un buonissimo yogurt! Sicuramente ritorneremo!

Il nostro soggiorno al Podere 269 è stato piacevolissimo, immersi nella magia della Maremma, con vista su distese di girasoli in fiore, col mare vicino oltre la linea di basse colline. Le spiagge dei dintorni sono facilmente raggiungibili con la navetta offerta dal podere. In posizione è strategica, il podere è situato a poca distanza da spiagge spettacolari, la più bella tra tutte (a nostro avviso) Cala Violina. Siamo stati circondati da un’atmosfera familiare, Cristiana e Luca sono persone meravigliose che uniscono la professionalità alla simpatia. La colazione e il viaggio in navetta verso le spiagge dei dintorni sono stati momenti piacevoli per scambiare quattro chiacchiere e ascoltare aneddoti. Preziosi sono stati i loro consigli sui luoghi da visitare o i ristoranti in cui gustare i piatti tipici. Il nostro soggiorno al Podere 269 è stata un’esperienza per vivere, capire e gustare il territorio in tutti i suoi aspetti.
