Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Very charming, close to the sea (30 minutes walk) and also to beautiful villages nearby. Great breakfast and friendly hosts, although they speak limited English. Very quiet property, I would recommend it for couples, not for those traveling with young children.

Ideal place to relax. Really helpful managers and fantastic breakfast. Homes curated in detail and essential and excellent cleanliness. Pool and green space very well maintained.

We spent a relaxing week. The environment is very well-kept, daily cleanings are very accurate. The breakfast was abundant and the homemade cakes were very good. The distance from the sea is about 20 minutes on foot through the pine forest. Congratulations and thank you.

Il posto è immerso nel verde, molto curato e pulito, la camera dove ho soggiornato, spaziosa e con letto molto comodo. Gestione familiare molto efficiente cordiali e disponibili. Molto consigliato.
