Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Upon arrival at RossoToscano, guests are required to provide valid identification documents (passport or ID card) for registration purposes as mandated by current regulations. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a violation of the penal code and results in denied access to the property. . In the event of loss or breakage of the house entry keys, a 40 Euro penalty fee will be charged.

Enrico and his colleagues welcomed us excellently in a new farmhouse, where you immediately feel at home. Clean and spacious rooms in a quiet yet evocative atmosphere. Excellent and super abundant breakfast. I highly recommend this magnificent bed and breakfast to everyone. Thank you for everything. Rating 10+.
