Rustichino Country House is the perfect place for people who loves quietness, nature, and the convenience to be well connected to the other Umbrian towns. The latest 1800 farm-house is surrounded by 12 hectares of land, and it is been restored according to the typical Umbrian architecture. The Country House is composed by 2 apartments (kitchen, living-room, double bedroom and bathroom) and a double bedroom with bathroom. One of the apartments is equipped for handicapped people. Both apartments and bedroom has independent entrance and independent heating. Wide parking, equipped playground, bowling field, barbecue and bikes are available for our guests.

The Rustichino Country House is located among the green Umbrian hills, in the town of Giano dell’Umbria, just a few kilometres from Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco and Spoleto. Thanks to its location, in the heart of Umbria, you can easily make a daily excursion in order to reach all the most beautiful towns.

How to reach us:
* If you come from North, take the A1 highway exit to Valdichiana, towards Perugia, then take the E45 to Rome.

After 20 kilometres exit to Ripabianca and go to Bastardo, then straight towards Spoleto.

After 4 kilometres pass over the gasoline station and immediately turn right towards Rustichino.

Drive for 300 metres and you reach the Rustichino Country House. (on your left).

* If you come from South, take the A1 freeway exit to Orte and towards Terni.

After 30 kilometers go towards Perugia (E45) and then exit to Massa Martana, go on towards Bastardo and then towards Spoleto.

After 4 kilometers pass over the gasoline-station and immediately turn right towards Rustichino.

Drive for 300 meters and you reach the Rustichino Country House (on your left).

We came on the weekend of April 22/23, one night in a double room, as a base to visit Rasiglia on Sunday. We stopped on Saturday before in Foligno and they even comfortably let us check in at 18:30. The owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They welcomed us with chocolates and candies that we also found inside the room, along with water, unnecessary details but pleasing. The room is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need, of course, the bathroom has a very normal but still comfortable shower. There is also a small TV. Outside, the cat Ortis is ready to welcome you and purr. The bed & breakfast is a bit "lost" but not too much, in fact, you can reach the nearby villages in a short time. However, if you like to be immersed in greenery, in total peace and tranquility, it is certainly the right place, in fact... enjoy it a little more than we did! The breakfast was welcoming and serene, abundant with everything. Orange juice, coffee, milk, toast with jam made with their apricots, delicious! (and other things obviously), in front of a nice fireplace that cuddles. The price is not excessive either considering it's the weekend before the holiday and especially with breakfast included. If we happen to return near Foligno, we will definitely come back here! Thank you for the welcome!

Comfortable structure, excellent cleanliness and helpful and discreet manager who also offered us the convenience of using the kitchen. The farmhouse immersed in nature and in the rustic silence allowed us to relax and to easily reach the places we had to see with our means of transport. Excellent structure that we recommend.

La struttura si trova in una posizione incantevole. Immersa nel verde tra campi di grano e uliveti. Sono stata molto bene e i gestori sono veramente persone alla mano. Sembrava di essere a casa.

Non ci sono parole! Il posto è meraviglioso, i proprietari sono cordialissimi e disponibili. L'appartamento ha tutte le attrezzature per far sentire i clienti come a casa loro. Torneremo sicuramente. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un posto tranquillo immerso nel verde.

Immerso in un paesaggio che trasmette quiete, il Rustichino si è rivelato il perfetto "campo base" per il nostro mini-tour: a 10 dal bellissimo borgo di Montefalco, meno di un'ora dal lago Trasimeno e non troppo distante da Norcia o Assisi, insomma veramente molto da vedere. Colazioni golose e abbondanti, la camera accogliente, pulita e silenziosa e infine dei padroni di casa sinceramente cortesi e disponibili hanno reso la permanenza piacevole.

La struttura è immersa nella tranquillità della campagna Umbra molto vicina a borghi di interesse culturale/paesaggistico. Il trattamento familiare dei gestori completa il profilo di grande serenità che l'ambiente offre nel suo insieme. È stata una bella esperienza.

È stato il primo soggiorno che mia moglie ed io abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura e nonostante sia anche stato molto breve, possiamo consigliarlo vivamente per tanti ottimi motivi. La struttura ha un fascino secolare immerso in un panorama dolcissimo, gli interni sono nuovissimi ma con particolari di arredamento d'epoca evocativi e di rilevanza storica. Siamo rimasti impressionati dalla assoluta pulizia di tutti gli ambienti che meriterebbe ben più di 10! Ottima colazione ! Un discorso a parte merita la cortesia dei gestori che definire gentili e disponibili è riduttivo. Una cortesia d' altri tempi e nel contempo un calore umano difficile da trovare. Vi accoglieranno anche due simpaticissimi amici a 4 zampe e se anche voi ne avete, faranno sicuramente amicizia. Noi torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura io e mia moglie per il nostro primo anniversario di matrimonio. I gestori sono persone disponibilissime, cordiali e discrete, l'appartamento è spettacolare, spazioso, e profumava sin da quando abbiamo aperto la porta di ingresso, igiene 10, se potessimo, daremmo 11 su 10. La signora ci ha perfino omaggiato una bottiglia di vino locale per il nostro anniversario. Che altro dire, se non che sarà il nostro punto di riferimento quando ritorneremo in Umbria.

Soggiorno squisito. Siamo stati ospiti per una sola notte da questa famiglia squisitissima. I proprietari sono davvero gentili, carini ed accoglienti. Ci hanno messo nelle condizioni di essere autonomi per entrare ed uscire dal loro agriturismo come se fossimo a casa nostra. La camera era carinissima, accogliente, pulitissima, in ordine. La colazione ottima e con marmellate buonissime fatte dai proprietari stessi. La posizione tranquilla, rilassante ed ottima per raggiungere i principali centri storici attorno. Il prezzo richiesto anche troppo basso. Di sicuro a breve ci ritorneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato Al Rustichino per un fine settimana di fine ottobre. Meraviglioso per tutto: gentilezza, disponibiltà, riservatezza, pulizia. Appartamento accogliente e di sobria eleganza, attrezzato di tutto. Posizione tranquillissima in campagna, ma strategica come punto di partenza per visitare le bellezze umbre. Lo consigliamo.

Ho utilizzato la struttura solo come punto di appoggio per dormire ma la cortesia e affabilità della gestione credo sia difficilmente reperibile altrove. Ambiente pulitissimo e nelle migliori condizioni, colazione varia, abbondante e presentata in modo eccellente.
