Description
“Cioccoleta” is the name of our farmland from which we have given the name to our country house or “agriturismo”. Our country-house can be the correct location for both a calm and peaceful stay as well as the starting point for a variety of excursions (walks in the country-side, visits to Orvieto, or towards close Etruscan towns: Perugia, Rome and Viterbo). Located only 8km from the closest exit on highway A1 and only 4km from the centre of Orvieto, this location can provide an ideal stay for either one who is in the area for work or as a point of transit; staying with us can be functional, comfortable and relaxing.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Municipal tax of €2.20 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

La Cioccoleta is in a relaxing setting in a great location within easy driving distance to Orvieto. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of Orvieto in the distance! The breakfast is tasty and filling with homemade cakes, fruit, yogurt, and eggs to order. What sets Cioccoleta apart is Angela, the owner. She is warm, caring, and very helpful! She had excellent suggestions for restaurants and made all our reservations for us. We really enjoyed talking with her about the history of the BnB and her family. This was our second wonderful stay at La Cioccoleta. Angela makes us feel like we are returning to see a long-time friend. We will always stay here if we are lucky enough to have the opportunity to be in the area again.

Angela was a wonderful hostess, and her B&B was a wonderful oasis during our vacation in Italy. We were refreshed & revitalized in this lovely farmhouse. We had a great time. The structure is beautiful, surrounded by countryside with olive trees and vineyards. Very relaxing. Angela and her staff are very professional, kind, and helpful. Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes. Definitely worth going back. Recommended.

Excellent structure and management. Abundant but not very varied breakfast. It's a place I'll come back to again. Structure outside the center (fortunately) but in an exceptional place for relaxation.

Struttura meravigliosa, curata nei particolari che non ha niente da invidiare ad una di lusso, prodotti fatti in casa per la prima colazione. Camere molto spaziose, pulite e silenziose. Non fatevi scoraggiare dal km di strada sterrata da fare perché ne vale veramente la pena.

Ho dovuto dare 10 come voto perché di più non si può, chi scrive ha girato in largo è lungo per il mondo, non mi dilungo a scrivere, al Cioccoleta ho trovato tutto quello che serve, cordialità, serietà, ottima struttura curata nei particolari, per non parlare dell'ottima colazione e dell'ottimo caffè, peccato non fanno ristorazione.

Veramente un posto incantevole situato sulle colline umbre nelle vicinanze di Orvieto e lontano dal traffico. La camera è accogliente e il panorama intorno è mozzafiato. Accettano gli animali e per chi vuole viaggiare con il proprio amico a quattro zampe è ottimo. Buana anche la colazione dove si possono assaggiare i prodotti fatti dai proprietari.

La famiglia Zucconi apre le porte della loro casa per accoglierti al meglio Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati molto bene. Angela, Stefano e famiglia sono stati tutti molto calorosi, accoglienti la struttura bellissima! immersa in un immenso verde peccato che il nostro soggiorno è stato breve ma torneremo!

Accoglienza squisita, camere graziose ed arredate con gusto fin nei dettagli, estrema attenzione al cliente (nell'agriturismo Cioccoleta non serve neanche chiedere!) : tutto questo e molto altro mi hanno permesso di trascorrere assieme ai miei genitori (tipini esigenti, parola di figlia!) una pausa dal caos della metropoli semplicemente perfetta! Un vero peccato esser ripartiti così presto!
