The ten rooms, both single and double, are furnished simply, with attention to detail. Each room features a private bathroom, air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and freshly laundered linens. One of the rooms is specially equipped to accommodate guests with specific needs. The quiet, green spaces encourage relaxation and rest. In the morning, breakfast becomes a celebration of authenticity: tarts with homemade jams, rustic cookies, and house-made pastries offer a taste of the region and the love with which they are prepared.

La Collina's secluded yet strategic location allows guests to enjoy expansive views of the hills while also easily accessing the Adriatic beaches, the center of Vasto, and the natural and cultural trails of the inland area. Area Collina

The Hill is situated in the heights of Vasto, at the heart of a landscape that captivates with its diversity and authenticity. The area features a harmonious blend of gentle hills and cultivated fields, dotted with olive groves, vineyards, and wheat fields that create ever-changing and enchanting scenes throughout the seasons. This region, located within a wildlife reserve, provides direct contact with the most genuine nature, where it’s common to spot hares, foxes, buzzards, or deer, especially at sunset when the light turns golden and the silence is only broken by the sounds of the forest.

Just a few minutes away, the city of Vasto offers views of the Adriatic Sea and fascinating historical landmarks. The historic center, with its narrow streets, scenic squares, and the Caldoresco Castle, tells tales of centuries of history and culture. From the heights, it is easy to descend to the coast, where sandy beaches alternate with rocky cliffs and hidden coves. The Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful protected areas in Abruzzo, is nearby: here, one can enjoy long walks on foot or by bike, swim in crystal-clear waters, and experience spectacular sunsets.

The Vasto region is also renowned for its rich culinary traditions: wineries, oil mills, and small local producers offer authentic experiences through tastings, guided tours, and flavors that reflect the land. Surrounding villages, such as Monteodorisio and Casalbordino, preserve an atmosphere of bygone times, featuring folk festivals, markets, and traditional crafts.

This area is ideal for those who love walking, photographing landscapes, exploring trails, or simply breathing clean air, away from traffic and noise. It is a territory to be experienced slowly, where each season has something to offer, and where nature is not just a backdrop but the true star of the journey.
