Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, our residence is a newly opened establishment nestled in the Teramo countryside, perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway, a romantic escape, or a short business trip. We are located in the Valley of the Abbeys, a green and captivating area that stretches between the peaks of Gran Sasso and the golden beaches of the Adriatic, home to ancient Benedictine abbeys, medieval villages, and scenic trails.

The day begins with an Italian buffet breakfast featuring juices, yogurt, cereals, croissants, cookies, and tarts, always accompanied by the option to request a savory dish. In the breakfast room, you will find available at all times a coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino, tea, herbal infusions, and other hot beverages. If you have dietary restrictions or specific needs, simply let us know at the time of booking to receive tailored products.

We, Marina and Alessandro, will be here to welcome you, eager to make your stay enjoyable and worry-free. In your room, you will find a guide with recommendations for places to visit and a selection of the best restaurants and agriturismos in the area.

Our location is ideal for exploring the medieval village of Montegualtieri, with its panoramic tower overlooking the Vomano valley, and for quickly reaching Teramo, Roseto degli Abruzzi, Montepagano with its coastal views, or the Sanctuary of San Gabriele. For nature and sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of hiking and cycling trails nearby, while food and wine lovers can visit the renowned local wineries. Just a few kilometers away is the La Masseria dei Cavalieri riding school, a popular destination for equestrian enthusiasts.

Staying here means experiencing the authentic beauty of Abruzzo, surrounded by nature, history, and warm hospitality.

Area Campagna

Our establishment is located in the heart of the Abbeys Valley, an area that retains genuine charm, situated between the sea and the mountains. This region is steeped in centuries of history and spirituality, highlighted by the presence of significant Benedictine abbeys such as Propezzano, San Giovanni ad Insulam, and Santa Maria di Ronzano, which dot the landscape with their Romanesque architecture and house valuable artworks.

A short drive will take you to the medieval village of Montegualtieri, distinguished by the triangular tower that overlooks the Vomano valley, offering a breathtaking view. Equally captivating is Montepagano, an ancient village perched on the Adriatic coast, known for its unforgettable sunsets and picturesque views.

Nature enthusiasts will find an extensive network of trails in this area, perfect for trekking and mountain biking, winding through forests, hills, and vineyards. Close by are the paths of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, a paradise for hikers and sports lovers, as well as an ideal spot for those seeking tranquility and a direct connection with nature.

The sea is easily accessible: the beaches of Roseto degli Abruzzi feature golden sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for sun-soaked, relaxing days. For those looking for more traditional experiences, the local wineries offer tastings of wines such as Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Trebbiano, paired with local specialties.

The Abbeys Valley is also a spiritual destination: the Sanctuary of San Gabriele dell'Addolorata, a site of international pilgrimages, is located just a few kilometers away and serves as an important place of faith and reflection.

This land, nestled between the Gran Sasso and the Adriatic Sea, thus presents a mosaic of experiences: art, nature, spirituality, gastronomy, and landscapes that change with every turn, making each visit unique and memorable.
