Great location a few minutes away from the wonderful beaches and attractions. Definitely the right place to start exploring Abruzzo! Mrs. Eleonora was fantastic in accommodating every request with a great smile. The breakfast is a fantastic combination of tasty handmade cakes and the relaxing atmosphere made our stay an authentic pleasure.

Mrs. Eleonora is the mother of her guests, attentive, friendly, and very nice. The plus of her structure is the bicycles, made available to the guests, and the welcome.

Feeling at home. The lady takes care of every detail lovingly. The breakfast is superb. A very beautiful area to visit between Sea and Mountains. Definitely worth going back.

My partner and I stayed at Dimora dei Priori for a short period, just one week, but we had a great time. The structure is very welcoming and well-kept, equal attention is used for cleaning (which is daily even in the rooms) and in offering a plentiful breakfast of fresh and freshly baked products. All this is thanks to the landlady, Mrs. Elen, courteous, caring, affectionate, and attentive to any need. The rooms are tastefully furnished and colorful. Ours, the Camera dei Trabocchi, was the height of comfort: a large bathroom in the room and a nice terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and where we enjoyed a beautiful view. The strong point of this B&B is also the strategic position: a stone's throw from all the delightful seaside resorts, and also from those of the nearby Majella massif. We had a short but magnificent vacation and hope to be able to return soon.

Immersed in the Abruzzo countryside, ventilated by the sea breeze, we are welcomed into the Dimora dei Priori by Mrs. Eleonora. From the very beginning, you understand that her way of bridging the distance to establish familiarity is a local style. She does it with tact to pamper you and satisfy even the smallest desire. We are very comfortable and will return. The place offers a balanced quality-price ratio. The beauty of nature is expressed in facets ranging from equipped beaches to unspoiled places. The sea is fairly clean, with mountains, hills, and lakes. Excellent and genuine food.

For the second time we stayed at Dimora dei Priori with Mrs. Eleonora. The property is beautiful and close to the sea. It is definitely one of the closest Bed and Breakfasts to the naturist beach of Morgie. The two noteworthy things are the cleanliness of the property and the morning breakfast. This year we also experienced an outdoor shower with hot water that gave us a sense of freedom never experienced before. The main room (trabocchi room) is unique in its kind, with a huge terrace that allows you to admire both the sunrise over the sea and the sunset towards Maiella. Absolutely recommended.

This part of Italy reveals surprises for all tastes. The landscape is unspoiled, civilization rare, beauty stunning. The best is offered by a non-aggressive modernity yet within reach. There is also something for naturism lovers with a beach dedicated to nudism of rare civilization and emancipation. But every corner of the sea gives back freedom. And then we are in a territory rich in art and stories (the Majella in the background). The meeting with Eleonora of the "Dimora dei Priori" was the gem. Precision, discretion, affection in an environment relevant for quality of details, care, services and livability at more than reasonable prices. Breakfast is a triumph. The outdoor shower (strategically sheltered by greenery but with a spacious view of greenery) is unforgettable. Everything is an experience of deep regeneration. The conversation with Eleonora, then, makes us richer and more intense. One could not ask for more for well-being. To visit even just in passing. It will still be an unprecedented experience. Thank you.

How can one describe the stay at Dimora dei Priori? It must be experienced, the atmosphere, the warmth, the spontaneity, the friendliness, and the relaxation that are experienced in this place cannot be explained. I cannot make comparisons because I had never been in a B&B before but, having tried this one, I won't want to go anywhere else. Beautiful, spotless rooms, a wonderful villa lovingly maintained by Mrs. Eleonora who is more than a landlady, she is like a mother. The breakfast she prepares cannot be matched even in the best hotels (homemade cakes, jams and yogurt made by her, fresh fruit, and still warm croissants from the oven...). But breakfast is not just food, it's a moment of awakening in the company of other guests with whom to chat and have a few laughs. The heart of the house is the lady: her attentions, her care, her kindness are unmatched. Add to that the place immersed in greenery, a few hundred meters from a splendid sea, very convenient to the Adriatic to reach all the most beautiful seaside resorts in Abruzzo but also in the mountains. In short, what more could you want? For us, an unforgettable holiday... definitely to be repeated!

We happily returned to this property where we stayed a few years ago and we were not disappointed at all. The property is very well maintained in terms of furnishings, the location makes it perfect whether you want to visit the nearby beaches (no more than 1 km away) or explore the inland area, rich in attractions. The rooms are spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day, the breakfast is truly rich, there is something for every taste. The landlady runs the B&B with a passion that is hard to find in other hosts. In short, I recommend everyone to stop by.

I had the pleasure of staying at Dimora dei Priori during my first vacation in Abruzzo and I was extremely satisfied with the choice. The property is in a very convenient location to reach the various locations of the Trabocchi Coast, the towns of Vasto and Termoli, and also the Abruzzo hinterland. My room shared the bathroom with two other rooms, but despite this, there were never any problems with managing time and space. The bathroom was always clean and tidy. In my opinion, the strength of this B&B lies in the abundant breakfast. When you come down in the morning, you find yourself in front of a table with fresh pastries, homemade cakes, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, fruit juices, and other delicacies. The choice is yours! I recommend staying at this B&B, also not to miss the opportunity to meet the owner, Mrs. Eleonora, a splendid person and an excellent manager. She will always be at your disposal, ready to provide you with everything you need. It will be a vacation where you will feel at home.

Among the many accommodations in the area, my family and I consider ourselves truly fortunate to have chosen this B&B. Not just for its splendid location, as you can opt to either be on the beach by just cycling 5 minutes with the bikes provided by the property, or visit splendid towns like Termoli, Vasto or the Tremiti Islands, or take a trip to the beautiful Abruzzo hinterland, or visit the wonderful Costa dei Trabocchi, but above all for having met Mrs. Eleonora, an exceptional host and wonderful person! She "pampered" us from the very first moment, ensuring us throughout the stay, her discreet and polite presence for any need (none!) we might have. A special mention goes to the rich breakfast with homemade jams, yogurt, and pastries, a wonderful way to start the day! In short, we will definitely return to her property to visit the things we didn't manage to see this week. Thanks again Eleonora for everything. Marco, Elvira, and especially Lavinia.

I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast, excellent location near the sea, but at the same time in a quiet place in nature. Dimora dei Priori is very beautiful and, above all, very clean. Mrs. Eleonora is truly a wonderful woman, a mother to all the guests! She makes you feel right at home and doesn't miss anything. We will definitely be back soon! Splendid Dimora dei Priori surrounded by greenery but very close to the sea. Beautiful, elegant, functional and very clean. Mrs. Eleonora is always present and available and it is her to take care of and coordinate the structure which works perfectly. We had a real holiday, pampered from morning till night!
