Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 10 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 9 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Great accommodation for a trip to those parts of Abruzzo, for example, we stayed in Scanno and Sulmona. The studios are very spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything, including dish soap, shower gel, and shampoo, which are rarely found in residence-type facilities. It's a shame that there is no option for breakfast with local products.

Noi offriamo la colazione con prodotti confezionati nell'appartamento ma se lo desiderate potete chiederci la colazione fresca e la potete gustare presso il bar del Belvedere a Pettorano sul Gizio all'aperto davanti alla vista mozzafiato sulle montagne ...oppure a Sulmona direttamente sulla piazza grande con vista sull'acquedotto monumento bellissimo della cittadina......alla prossima in Abruzzo

Struttura in posizione comoda per visitare la zona: Sulmona, riserve naturali e lago di Scanno. Pronta soluzione del gestore nel trovare una nuova sistemazione a causa di un problema di insonorizzazione della prima stanza. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Mi sento di consigliare di rivedere la colazione, un po' povera e con prodotti confezionati. Sarebbe meglio a questo punto o non proporla oppure proporla meglio, magari creando una partnership con attività locali che possano proporre prodotti della zona.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo agriturismo immerso nella natura per qualche notte. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili. In particolare vogliamo ringraziarli per essersi attivati quando abbiamo forato una gomma della macchina e, nonostante fosse domenica, ci hanno subito aiutato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo volentieri.
