Our farmhouse, an ancient family residence dating back to the 1700s, was renovated in 1992 with the help of my husband Antonio and our children Valerio and Stefania. Since then, we have transformed it into an agriturismo, a place that retains the charm of tradition and the beauty of the Apulian countryside.

The farm spans 25 hectares of land and features a variety of landscapes: a large courtyard, expansive green pastures surrounded by centuries-old woods that can be explored on foot, an olive grove, and a vineyard. Among the most picturesque sites are the 17th-century trulli, authentic examples of spontaneous architecture made from local stone. The farmhouse also includes a yard with farm animals, such as chickens, rabbits, pigs, sheep, and goats, as well as a small chapel, a symbolic place where I celebrated my wedding.

The main residence, an ancient stone manor house, is our home. Here, we live alongside Sisina and Pina, our donkeys, who have become an integral part of our family.

Our farm is renowned for producing excellent extra virgin olive oil, derived from native varieties typical of Puglia, such as Nociara, Leccina, Ogliarola, and Nozzarola. The olives are handpicked and taken to the mill within 24 hours, where they are cold-pressed to produce low-acidity oil. In addition to the oil, we also offer other local products, including white wine, red wine, and jams.

For our guests, we provide various accommodation options, including two small apartments in the trulli, three apartments featuring the characteristic barrel vault, and two with the “cummersa” roof, a typical style of the area. Each lodging is immersed in nature and the tranquility of the countryside, offering an authentic and relaxing experience.
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast at our farmhouse is a special occasion, taking place in the historic stone barn from 1915 or on the charming porch, where the view of the village creates a delightful and relaxing atmosphere.

Our buffet features a selection of homemade treats, starting with fresh pastries and cookies, complemented by wood-fired bread, butter, and jams made from high-quality ingredients. For a healthy and nutritious breakfast, we offer fresh homemade yogurt, cereals, and a variety of cold cuts, including Martina Franca capocollo and salami, paired with local cheeses.

Guests can also enjoy fresh tomatoes with salt and our extra virgin olive oil, produced directly on the farm, adding an authentic touch of Apulian tradition. We provide fresh fruit juices, water, and seasonal fruits for a wholesome meal rich in vitamins.

Additionally, we serve a selection of hot beverages, including tea, milk, coffee, and cappuccino, as well as fresh eggs from our hens, to make each morning even more special. The breakfast is designed to satisfy all tastes, offering a start to the day that combines genuine flavors with the authenticity of our land.

Hey, I'm Stefania

My name is Anna Maria Aprile, and I am the owner of Agriturismo Masseria Aprile. This historic farmhouse, dating back to the 1700s, has been passed down through my family for generations. Together with my husband Antonio and my children, Valerio and Stefania, we began an extensive restoration project in 1992, honoring our traditions and utilizing the craftsmanship of local trulli masters. In doing so, we have preserved the comfort and authentic features of the building while also keeping alive the cultural ideology surrounding it, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the extraordinary magic of this place.
