Tenuta Le Crie

Tenuta Le Crie is an elegant estate located in the heart of the Salento countryside, just a few minutes from Otranto and conveniently connected to the area's main attractions. Nestled within a 15,000-square-meter park amidst ancient olive trees and fragrant Mediterranean vegetation, the estate offers two distinct accommodation options: a charming manor house and a residence made up of four independent cottages.

The villa is spacious and sophisticated, spanning four levels and accommodating up to 10 guests. It features a bright living area with large windows, a fireplace, a tavern with a billiards table, five bedrooms, four bathrooms—one of which includes a Jacuzzi—and an attic with a veranda. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and socializing, complete with a large gazebo, a generously sized private pool, a hexagonal hot tub, a volleyball court, a barbecue area with a wood storage space, and a fire pit area.

The cottages in the residence, named Sole, Mare, Vento, and Terra, each include a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five guests. They are fully self-sufficient, equipped with all comforts, and share a 10 x 4.8-meter swimming pool, as well as common areas featuring table tennis, foosball, and bicycles.

Additionally, the estate includes a concrete tennis court with changing rooms, a bocce court, a renovated outbuilding with a kitchen and private bathroom, and a large green area furnished with pines, eucalyptus, and other typical Mediterranean plants.

The stay includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, weekly linen changes, initial and final cleaning, as well as pool and park maintenance. Small pets are also welcome.

Thanks to its strategic location along State Road 16 between Maglie and Otranto, Tenuta Le Crie serves as the perfect starting point for exploring Salento: from the beaches of Otranto to the nightlife of Gallipoli, from the baroque architecture of Lecce to the cliffs of Santa Maria di Leuca.
