In the heart of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, the agriturismo is situated in a prime location, surrounded by lush hills and the clear waters of the Bussento River, immersed in an authentic and pristine rural landscape. The agricultural land spans 24 hectares, extending from the riverbank to the hilltop, featuring plantations of figs, olives, walnuts, and vegetables grown using organic methods. Along the Bussento, visitors can engage in canyoning, while the many trails in the area are perfect for hiking enthusiasts, offering paths that wind through forests and lead to the breathtaking views of Monte Cervati and Monte Bulgheria.

Just a few kilometers from the property lies Morigerati, one of the most charming villages in Cilento, where time seems to have stood still. In addition to its picturesque historic center, the village is home to the WWF Oasis of the “Bussento Caves,” a protected area of extraordinary natural significance, featuring caves, springs, and an abundant biodiversity. The nearby ethnographic museum, with its collection of items related to agricultural and pastoral traditions, provides an authentic glimpse into the local culture.

The coast of the Gulf of Policastro is also easily reachable, where sandy beaches and stunning cliffs alternate. A must-see is the Costa degli Infreschi and the Masseta, a wild and protected stretch of coastline accessible only by sea, boasting coves of rare beauty. The picturesque fishing villages of Scario, Sapri, and Maratea offer romantic strolls, lively harbors, artisan shops, and seaside restaurants. This area, still relatively untouched by mass tourism, provides a deep and diverse experience, blending nature, sea, culture, and authentic flavors.
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast is served as a buffet every morning from 8:30 to 10:00, designed to provide guests with a flavorful and authentic start to their day. The offerings include a variety of hot and cold beverages such as milk, coffee, barley, tea, and fruit juices, paired with yogurt, cereals, fresh bread, toast, Italian honey, homemade jams, seasonal fruits, cakes, and pastries.

Special attention is given to individual dietary needs: upon request, gluten-free products and alternatives to cow's milk, such as soy milk, are available. Every item on the breakfast menu reflects the philosophy of the agriturismo, where the quality of the raw materials and the connection to the land are integral to the overall experience of the stay.
There is a small restaurant that offers cuisine in keeping with Cilento traditions, primarily using products from the farm. Seasonal vegetables, local cured meats, homemade pasta, white meats, and fig desserts are served, highlighting the short supply chain and the authenticity of local flavors. The cuisine is characterized by its simplicity and authenticity, providing a culinary experience that reflects the essence of the region.

Hey, I'm Eugenio

The establishment is run by individuals who prioritize hospitality and the enhancement of the local area. The atmosphere is welcoming and focused on quality, with a strong connection to the organic farm that is part of the agriturismo. The transformation of figs into jams directly within a company facility reflects a careful and passionate management style, rooted in tradition and sustainability.

Area Campagna

The agriturismo is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, along the banks of the Bussento River, in a setting of rare natural beauty. The landscape is characterized by gentle hills cultivated with olives, walnuts, and figs, interspersed with lush forests and clear streams that encourage a slower pace of life and an immersion in the tranquility of nature. Along the Bussento, there are trails suitable for trekking and canyoning, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The farm's land, which spans 24 hectares and is cultivated according to organic farming principles, reflects a deep connection to the local territory.

Just a few kilometers away lies Morigerati, a small medieval village perched among the rocks, which preserves an ancient tradition and offers stunning views. Here, you will find the WWF Oasis "Grotte del Bussento," a nature reserve of significant ecological value, where the river resurfaces, creating a habitat rich in biodiversity. The nearby ethnographic museum showcases the material culture of the inland Cilento, featuring objects and artifacts from rural life.

The agriturismo's location also allows for easy access to the crystal-clear sea of the Gulf of Policastro, where sandy beaches, steep cliffs, and sheltered coves create one of the most captivating coastlines of southern Tyrrhenian Sea. From Scario, a charming fishing village, it is possible to embark on a boat trip to the Costa degli Infreschi and Masseta, a marine protected area only accessible by sea, where nature reigns supreme. Nearby are also Sapri, with its shaded waterfront, and Maratea, known for its beautiful beaches and charming historic center.

Between the sea and mountains, ancient villages, and nature reserves, the area offers an authentic and diverse experience, catering to those seeking relaxation as well as those wanting to explore a still pristine territory rich in history, flavors, and scenic beauty.
