The B&B is located in one of the most picturesque areas of the Cilento National Park, Vallo di Diano, and Alburni, a region that harmoniously blends coastal, hilly, and mountainous landscapes, showcasing a perfect balance of nature and culture. Surrounding the area are golden sandy beaches, steep cliffs overlooking the sea, and charming ancient villages where traditions remain vibrant and hospitality is heartfelt.
Just a few kilometers away lies Castellabate, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, featuring its medieval historic center, cobblestone streets, and breathtaking views extending to the Gulf of Salerno. The coastline boasts iconic spots like Punta Licosa and Punta Tresino, legendary vistas that overlook crystal-clear waters awarded the Blue Flag. The areas of Santa Maria and San Marco di Castellabate, Case del Conte, and Ogliastro Marina invite visitors to enjoy the sea, whether at well-equipped beach establishments or in untouched stretches of shoreline.
Inland, you’ll find historical treasures such as Paestum, home to some of the best-preserved Doric temples in the world, and Velia, the birthplace of Eleatic philosophy. Close by are the Castelcivita and Pertosa Caves, spectacular underground routes adorned with millennia-old formations. The village of Perdifumo and its district Vatolla provide an authentic atmosphere with significant cultural connections, including the legacy of Giambattista Vico.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the National Park offers a chance to explore scenic trails, nature routes, and the cycling path of the Via Silente, which stretches 600 km between the sea and mountains, providing ever-changing and captivating views. This region is also a bastion of the Mediterranean Diet, which can be savored in typical dishes and local products that tell the story and soul of Cilento.
