Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 14 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 33% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 13 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

Sehr empfehlenswertes Quartier. Die herzliche Valentina ist überaus bemüht und hilft gerne mit wertvollen Tipps unaufdringlich weiter. Unser Appartment (eher kl. Bungalow) war nett eingerichtet, kl. Küche, super Terrasse mit Orangen und Zitronen sowie Grill, ruhig und gut zu erreichen. Auf einem schönen und liebevoll angelegtem parkähnlichen Grundstück in lockerer und herzlicher Atmosphäre. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienhäuser, ruhig und idyllisch im Grünen, mit eigener Terasse, einem schönen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr empfehlenswert (Mückenspray nicht vergessen).

Isola molto bella, nella struttura ci siamo trovati bene, Valentina è una ragazza molto simpatica che da suggerimenti su come vivere bene la vacanza. È necessario avere la bicicletta per muoversi con facilità. Donatella.

Posto incantevole da passarci obbligatoriamente un periodo di vacanza; la responsabile Valentina è la vera caldera dell'isola, vi consiglierà minuziosamente ogni piccolo particolare da considerare per visitare al meglio l'isola.

Particolare struttura in casa colonica con bellissimo giardino. Appartamento appena ristrutturato, tutto nuovo, funzionale e comodo. Da tornare. Valentina ha saputo accoglierci e indirizzarci nella visita della sua isola. Ottimi suggerimenti per giri e dove trovare da mangiare.

Le Querce è un luogo molto tranquillo e confortevole, quasi un paradigma del relax estivo e della spensieratezza. La casetta è molto bella e ben arredata. L'avere a disposizione un cortile privato molto spazioso e curatissimo con tantissimo verde è stata una cosa molto piacevole! La proprietaria è una persona solare, cordiale e molto disponibile inoltre fornisce una preziosissima cartina da lei preparata dove sono indicati, oltre ai luoghi da visitare, anche alcuni suggerimenti. La struttura è anche vicino al mare e facilmente raggiungibile una volta arrivati sull'isola, ci tornerò sicuramente.

La camera offre un ambiente gradevole e pulito, angolo cottura molto comodo, bagno arredato e funzionale. Ottima l'accoglienza di Valentina, la proprietaria della struttura, che ci ha guidati alla scoperta dell'isola suggerendoci visite e luoghi d'interesse con una mappa molto dettagliata. Consigliato!

Valentina, la proprietaria, ci ha accolti molto gentilmente e ci ha spiegato come vivere al meglio Procida. Inoltre ci ha dato due biciclette in prestito per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno, permettendoci di percorrere Procida da cima a fondo. Le Querce ha anche un bel giardino con spettacolari alberi di limone e arancio. Davvero, ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Posto bellissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo; meravigliosa la disponibilità di chi gestisce la struttura. Cortesia, sorrisi, tranquillità e profumo di zagare. Ottima posizione per arrivare comodamente al porto cosi come per godere un panorama mozzafiato dalla vicina scogliera.
