The farmhouse, built between 1840 and 1940 and skillfully crafted by local stonemasons using Montovolo stone, retains a unique historical charm. The Renaissance hall features a fine fresco restored from the early 1900s and a 1970 piano, which is restored and tuned for guest use during their stay. The first-floor rooms, meticulously decorated in various styles, exude a bygone elegance with Chippendale details, solid woods, and floral carvings from the late 1800s.

Outside, a tranquil world unfolds: five hectares of forest with ancient chestnuts, an expansive green area, and the evocative site of an old quarry that was closed in the 1970s, all contribute a distinct character to the landscape. The property, with its natural scenery and refined spaces, is also ideal for events and celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, corporate meetings, as well as film and advertising shoots.

The day begins with a carefully prepared and generous breakfast, served in the Renaissance hall or, weather permitting, in the garden. The schedule is flexible and can be arranged; breakfast can also be transformed into a brunch even in the late morning. Guests can communicate their food preferences and intolerances at the start of their stay, and packed lunches can be provided upon request.
