La Locanda del Polacco also serves as a tribute to an extraordinary life story: that of Bronislaw “Bruno” Kuliczkowski, a Polish major and key figure in the Liberation, who found a home and roots here after the war. Today, his family passionately continues the tradition of hospitality, keeping alive the spirit of dialogue and sharing that has always characterized the place.
