Nestled among the gentle hills of Coriano, just minutes from the sea and major transportation routes, this historic residence dating back to 1885 combines the charm of tradition with a thoughtful contemporary renovation focused on sustainability and the creative reuse of materials and objects. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and orchards, it offers a serene and restorative atmosphere, perfect for those looking to rejuvenate in an authentic and well-maintained setting.

The property features two rooms with private bathrooms and a spacious suite that can be converted into a quadruple room, all with views of the garden and panoramic vistas of the Coriano countryside. Breakfast, consisting of sweet and savory options, is made with local products and ingredients from the garden: homemade bread, freshly baked cakes, fruit jams from the estate, and fresh eggs from free-range chickens. On pleasant days, guests can enjoy breakfast outdoors under the olive trees or in the shade of the porch.

The expansive garden includes a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and relaxation area, inviting guests to indulge in moments of pure wellness; Ayurvedic massages for individuals or couples can be booked in advance. The experience can be enhanced with tastings of local wines and specialties, seafood lunches, or traditional Romagnolo aperitifs. The location is ideal for exploring Rimini, Riccione, San Marino, Gradara, Urbino, and Santarcangelo, with further destinations like Bologna, Venice, and Florence accessible for day trips.

Due to structural and safety reasons, the house cannot accommodate children under 16 years of age, and currently, there is no fencing for pets. An electric vehicle charging station is available. The experience and passion of the hosts in hospitality and dining ensure a memorable stay, characterized by relaxation and the discovery of the Romagna region.

Area Collina

The hills of Coriano, where the residence is located, present a landscape that features gentle slopes cultivated with vineyards and olive groves, along with scenic views that extend all the way to the sea. This area is well-known for producing high-quality wines such as Sangiovese and Trebbiano, which can be sampled at the many local wineries, alongside traditional gastronomic specialties from Romagna.

Just a short distance away are the beaches of Riccione and Rimini, perfect for relaxing days or water sports, as well as the ancient Republic of San Marino, with its medieval historic center filled with towers, museums, and breathtaking views. The Rimini hinterland is home to charming villages like Gradara, known for its impressive castle linked to the legend of Paolo and Francesca, Santarcangelo di Romagna, famous for its tuff caves and artisan shops, and Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage site that is a treasure of the Italian Renaissance.

The location is also ideal for sports enthusiasts: from cycling along scenic routes to trekking in the hills, and motor events at the nearby Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. Additionally, thanks to convenient road connections, art cities such as Bologna, Venice, and Florence can be reached in a day, making the stay a great opportunity to explore the many facets of central Italy.
