Description
Cà San Giovanni is immersed in the green hills of the Romagna Apennines, the environment is cozy and quiet and away from the chaos of the big urban centers, but in a few minutes you can reach the main arteries to explore the Romagna region and discover the beautiful art City. We offer you a part of our house used with studios, furnished with care in the Romagna style, equipped with bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, free internet access, ceiling ventilation, mosquito nets and air conditioning. Outside there is a covered parking and a large garden surrounded by olive trees.

We have restructured the house according to the rules of bio-architecture, on the roof there is a photovoltaic system for electricity and a solar thermal for the production of hot water. For the guests there is an area equipped to differentiate the waste. For cleaning the rooms we use detergents and detergents as ecological and environmentally friendly as possible. The totally organic farm is certified by Icea.

ART ROUTES to visit extraordinary towns and villages such as Faenza, Ravenna, Ferrara, Bologna, Brisighella, Dozza and Imola. Not far from Florence, Venice, Parma.

NATURALISTIC ROUTES visiting the various natural parks around us (Park of the Gypsum Vein, Park of the Casentinesi Forests) and the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines full of trails for hiking and mountain biking.

ENO-GASTRONOMIC ROUTES along the various wine routes and tasting the local dishes in the many restaurants and village festivals for which the Romagna is famous.

SPORTS ROUTES very close to the cross field of Montecoralli, the Imola racetrack, within easy reach of the Maranello and Misano Adriatico racetracks.

COURSES OF FUN with the parks of Mirabilandia, Italy in Miniature, Oltremare. Aquafan, Cattolica Aquarium
RELAXATION ROUTES with the Terme di Riolo Terme, Brisighella, Castrocaro and Castel San Pietro.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Location d'une chambre avec coin cuisine, mais pas de petit déjeuner prévu. Très bien. Chambre spacieuse, propre, tranquille.. dans une belle ferme, située au milieu des vignes. Propriétaires très sympathiques. La maison est un peu éloignée de Faenza (12 km), c'est le seul bémol.

Direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono: struttura pulita, tranquilla, nella campagna ma a pochi km da borghi e città. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per un'iniziativa che si svolgeva ad Imola e con le indicazioni dei gestori abbiamo raggiunto l'autodromo in 15 minuti e assolutamente senza traffico! Gestori molto ospitali e disponibili: soggiorno assolutamente consigliato!

Ottima accoglienza, luogo tranquillo nella campagna a pochi chilometri da città e borghi d'arte Emiliano-Romagnoli. Locali ben tenuti, bella ristrutturazione rurale, buon mobilio in legno di castagno con pezzi d'epoca.
