Our B&B is placed at Savio di Ravenna district of Ravenna with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme di Cervia), in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Pineta Ravenna" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Everything was perfect. The room in itself is clean and comfortable, the hosts are very kind and helpful. They even came to the train station and transported us by car to Mirabilandia. Awesome place.

We stayed for only one night, but we felt at home. Mr. Mauro and his wife were very kind and helpful. Fantastic breakfast! Very close to the park. If there is an opportunity, we will gladly return.

The structure is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. It is very easy to reach the sea in just ten minutes by car. The manager is a very friendly person and attentive to the needs of the guests. I will definitely come back.

I spent 2 nights in this Bed and Breakfast. It was a pleasant stay: Mauro and his partner are delightful people! The location is very convenient to the Mirabilandia amusement park. Highly recommended.

An excellent support for those like us who have booked a visit to the park. The structure is welcoming, with spacious rooms equipped with everything you need, super efficient air conditioning, the bathroom is private even if not inside the room and the location is really great, not even two minutes from the parks in a very quiet area. The manager Mauro is very helpful, friendly, and precise. A truly excellent experience, we will definitely return when we are in the area.

Spacious and clean room. A bit inconvenient having the bathroom outside the room. Otherwise, everything perfect! Mauro, the manager, is helpful and kind for any information. Very close to Mirabilandia park.

Excellent facility, very efficient air conditioning, excellent breakfast. In a quadruple room, maybe I would add one more socket (there was only one) but the manager provided us with a multiple socket without hesitation. Very helpful. Thank you for hosting us! We will definitely come back.

Logistically perfect, just 5 minutes from Mirabilandia Park! From my point of view, breakfast could be improved. Otherwise, clean rooms and friendly owner.

Camera confortevole, attrezzata e pulitissima. Bagno molto grande, con addirittura vasca e doccia, molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono persone squisite, disponibili e molto gentili. Torneremo presto!

Ho soggiornato due notti con la mia ragazza presso La Pineta. Abbiamo passato un weekend fantastico. Il bed and breakfast si trova in una posizione comodissima, che permette di raggiungere velocemente moltissimi centri (Ravenna, Cervia, Cesenatico, Mirabilandia, Milano Marittima ecc). La location è davvero molto carina; il bed and breakfast si trova inserito all'interno di una pineta che permette di godere di una tranquillità e di un paesaggio molto suggestivo tipico della Romagna. Ciliegina sulla torta: Mauro, il proprietario della struttura, una persona davvero squisita, ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Un piccolo episodio per descrivere la persona: la mia ragazza si era dimenticata il Phone a casa, abbiamo scritto un messaggio a lui per chiedergli se ne aveva uno da darci. Non ha aspettato nemmeno 10 min per contattarci telefonicamente e risolverci il problema, nonostante fosse sabato sera. Mi sento di consigliare un soggiorno nella struttura a tutti: famiglie, coppie o anche gruppo di amici. Provare per credere!

Gestore della struttura veramente gentile e alla mano, ci ha fatto sentire subito accolti, super disponibile, ci ha perfino dato diversi passaggi fino a mirabilandia. La struttura ha una fermata del tram a pochi metri di distanza, perfetta per tornare da mirabilandia in tarda serata, unica pecca la ciclabile che collega la struttura a Mirabilandia non è facilmente percorribile ed è poco sicura (non illuminata e invada dai rovi), consigliamo vivamente il tram.

Struttura semplice, molto minimalista ma sono marginali alla pulizia, cortesia, disponibilità del proprietario, silenzio del posto e a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni. Mi sento di consigliarlo, o almeno io riandrei, insieme alla mia famiglia composta da due adulti e due bombi di 4 e 8 anni.

Con mio marito e i miei due figli di 5 e 13 anni abbiamo soggiornato da poco in questa struttura in occasione di un weekend a Mirabilandia. Premetto che era la prima volta che soggiornavamo in un B&B, devo dire che ci siamo trovati bene. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, camera molto ampia per 4 persone e molto curata, ottima la pulizia, molto buono il servizio colazione. Unica cosa che non sapevamo e che abbiamo scoperto solo all'arrivo è quella che abbiamo dovuto condividere il bagno con altri ospiti della struttura.

Weekend a Mirabilandia. Il B&B è vicinissimo al parco, si potrebbe anche andare a piedi. Il proprietario accogliente e molto disponibile (per l'orario d'arrivo, per la colazione, per consigli sulla zona). Arredamento moderno, camera e bagno grandi, davvero grandi. Pulizia top. Prezzo davvero economico. Super consigliato.

Andiamo spesso a Mirabilandia e ogni volta pernottiamo molto volentieri in questo B&B, conosciuto per caso, ma davvero molto grazioso e accogliente. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte con la mia famiglia e alcuni amici per passare il fine settimana a Mirabilandia e siamo rimasti contentissimi. Il proprietario di una gentilezza e disponibilità come poche se ne vede, stanze pulite e bella struttura, colazione buonissima in zona molto tranquilla. Le uniche pecche riscontrate sono i bagni in comune (anche se per noi e i nostri amici ne era stato assegnato uno tutto nostro) e se la notte ci fosse stato un ventilatore sarebbe stato meglio, ma il periodo era veramente caldo quindi dettaglio opinabile. Vicinissimo a Mirabilandia e al Safari Park, noi siamo tornati a piedi con 2 bimbe di 7 anni circa. Siamo stati benissimo.
