Area Collina

Il Poderino is situated amidst the hills of Villa Venti in Roncofreddo, right in the heart of Romagna, offering a blend of tranquility and convenient accessibility. The surroundings feature a gentle and diverse landscape, dotted with vineyards, olive groves, and orchards that extend the view to the Adriatic Sea, which is about a twenty-minute drive away.

The area is rich in medieval villages that have preserved their authenticity. Longiano, with the Malatesta Castle and its local museums, is a small gem that narrates centuries of history. Roncofreddo, home to the Church of San Biagio and various trekking routes, provides wide-open views over the Rubicone valley. Montiano and Monteleone create intimate and captivating atmospheres, filled with ancient fortresses, hillside paths, and charming vistas, perfect for walks and cycling excursions.

There are also lively coastal destinations: Cesenatico, Cervia, and Milano Marittima invite visitors to enjoy the sea along with numerous cultural and gastronomic events, while Rimini, just over half an hour away, combines history with a vibrant social scene. Nearby, art cities such as Cesena and Santarcangelo di Romagna are filled with theaters, squares, and artisan shops that reflect the identity of the region.

This part of Romagna is also well-known for its cuisine: local trattorias and agriturismos offer authentic dishes paired with distinctive wines, such as Sangiovese and Albana. It is a land that encourages slowing down, enjoying the outdoors, and savoring the beauty of landscapes that change color with the seasons.
