Agriturismo La di Muk

Born from the passion of the Venuti family, passed down through generations, the agriturismo Là di Muk is a place where rural culture comes to life amidst nature, hospitality, and delicious food. Created from a careful renovation of the old barn and hayloft, it retains the authentic charm of Friulian tradition, featuring warm and inviting spaces where time seems to slow down.

Located in a quiet village in Rojale, just a few kilometers from Udine and ideally positioned for reaching the Austrian and Slovenian borders, the agriturismo offers four comfortable rooms, each inspired by the colors and scents of wildflowers. Air conditioning, internet access, private bathrooms, mini-fridges, and independent balconies ensure a peaceful stay, surrounded by the tranquility of the Prealps.

The continental breakfast is a delightful ritual, featuring homemade pastries, jams, cakes, cured meats, and cheeses produced on-site. The dining room, dominated by the traditional fogolâr, serves as the social heart of the agriturismo, where guests can enjoy lunch or dinner from November to June on open days. The kitchen focuses on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, offering menus that celebrate the region: typical Friulian dishes, vegetarian options, meals for those with celiac disease, and child-friendly choices, all prepared with fresh vegetables, wild herbs, and locally raised meats.

Là di Muk is also a place for gatherings and celebrations: communions, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate dinners find a welcoming space in a simple yet well-kept environment, where hospitality is genuine. In the dining area, Martina, Romina, and Aunt Rita attend to guests, guiding them through the flavors of the region, while in the kitchen, Daniela and Valentina creatively and dedicatedly reinterpret tradition.

The farm, run by Pietro, cultivates grains, vegetables, and fruits, which are passionately transformed into preserves, jams, and oil-based specialties. All products can be purchased on-site, including elegant gift packages.

The agriturismo also serves as an educational farm: children and teenagers can enjoy hands-on learning experiences in nature, participating in creative workshops and thematic paths that explore rural life, food transformation, and relationships with animals. From traditional games to the Museum of Cartoccio, every activity is designed to spark curiosity and awareness.

Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the area on foot or by bike, along cycling paths that follow irrigation channels and ancient mills. Guests have access to bicycles, secure parking, and the option to receive packed lunches to fully enjoy their days outdoors.
