Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Other notes

We are a little B&B in private home, cleanless and silence are guaranteed, in a simple and well furnished place. It's available a little library with pubblications about our region and books for children. Some pets live in the garden and in the owners areas: two cats, a small dog and a rabbit; your pets are welcome but talk about them to us before booking. Ask for any kind of breakfast, if you need a particular one.

Superb little B&B with a relaxed feel. Super clean, Very nice and available host, great breakfast with lots of options. Short bus ride from the train station. Very fair price, highly recommended!

We stayed for 6 days at B&B Il Tubià and we had a great time. Simple but clean and tidy environment. Carefully prepared, varied and plentiful breakfast. Valeria always smiling and kind. We will come back.

It's a really nice place, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms and a very large bathroom, it has everything you need to spend a couple of days. The breakfast is rich, varied, and plentiful. I was impressed by the cleanliness. I will definitely come back.
