The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, while outside, a saltwater bio-pool with a hot tub provides a wellness experience surrounded by greenery.

Breakfast, served in the garden, includes homemade pastries made with eggs from hens raised among the olive trees, artisanal yogurt, seasonal fruits, and, upon request, local cheeses. The garden, furnished with loungers and tables, is ideal for enjoying a sunset aperitif or dining outdoors.

On clear days, one can see the Pontine Islands and the Circeo promontory. The historic center, characterized by stone alleyways, arches, and staircases, maintains an authentic atmosphere, away from the more crowded tourist routes.
