Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 8 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 7 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Excellent facility, spacious and well equipped located in an extremely quiet area, but not far from the city center and very close to the highway. Kind, caring and always available manager. Allows for a very pleasant stay.

We had a great time, the owners were very kind, very nice and helpful. The house was clean, quiet, welcoming, nothing was missing, just like being at home. Highly recommended.

Everything perfect. Clean, comfortable, ideal for 3/4 people. Quiet environment and close to the highway entrance from which you can reach the main tourist destinations. The possibility of having breakfast in the facility is a great idea. Thank you for the hospitality.
