Equipped with solar panels and a rainwater collection tank, it combines sustainability with comfort. The common areas are spacious, and the garden invites relaxation with hammocks and sun loungers, while the stone pool and fireplaces create an ambiance suitable for every season.

A small vegetable garden just a short walk from the farmhouse follows natural rhythms and offers a burst of biodiversity, where guests can participate in harvesting or purchase fresh produce. The limited-production extra virgin olive oil embodies the most genuine spirit of the place. Among the garden's flowers, a Mongolian yurt provides an intimate space for reading, meditating, or simply enjoying a cup of tea.

The smaller room, more intimate and with direct access to the garden, boasts a private loggia with views of Civita di Bagnoregio. The Casetta, independent and private, is perfect for those seeking autonomy, with a separate entrance, kitchenette, and a loggia with breathtaking views.

The entire property can be rented, accommodating up to eight guests and featuring four bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, large living room, laundry room, and shared spaces. The garden and pool are exclusively reserved, while breakfast and daily cleaning services can be requested separately to enhance a tailored stay.
