The estate is located 2. 5 km uphill Varenna and consists in a 60 acres ground with a uniquely beautiful landscape. The beautiful large garden with olives trees and roses bushes surrounds 9 independent units, 3 pools and a tennis court.
The estate is a spectacular setting for weddings parties and celebrations.
The beautiful property has several paths, gardens and seating areas for guests to enjoy, as well a breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Next to property is the old village, although there are no shops there, guests can enjoy the specialities of the local inexpensive restaurant located at just 2 minutes walk.
Varenna is about 2, 5 km by car. You can also visit Varenna by foot with good walking shoes on a downhill path which takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Amabilité du personnel variable selon les personnes mais plutôt bonne sous réserve de pouvoir s'exprimer en anglais
Grande déception lors de la réception du logement qui était certes très propre mais il ne correspondait pas à notre attente. Nous n'avons jamais reçu le document descriptif qui nous a été promis. Les zones d'accès au logement sont mal ou pas éclairées la nuit. Le local poubelle n'est pas indiqué. Les zones de loisir ne sont pas fléchées. Les photos de la piscine exposées sur le site internet de l'établissement laissent penser qu'il s'agit d'un grand bassin à débordement avec vue sur le lac; la piscine avec vue sur le lac est certes agréable mais elle est nettement plus petite que celle présentée sur le diaporama publicitaire.
Le grand atout de ce gite est la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Côme.
