The Farfalla B&B welcomes guests to a spacious and functional apartment in Malonno, located along the state road 42 in the heart of Valcamonica. Its location is perfect for those seeking a comfortable stop during their travels or for those wanting to experience the mountains, with summer hikes and winter sports. Just a few meters away is a bike path that runs through much of the valley, ideal for cycling enthusiasts, while nearby trails invite exploration of the alpine landscapes and historical routes in the area.

The accommodation, approximately 80 square meters, features bright and inviting spaces. The living room includes two sofas, a TV, a work area, a CD player, and an exercise bike; the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, and refrigerator. The two bedrooms, each with a TV, comfortably accommodate families or groups: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower and a hairdryer, while a laundry corner with a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. A spacious balcony and reserved parking enhance the overall experience.

Breakfast includes light sweet products such as cookies, jams, yogurt, juices, and hot beverages, which can be prepared independently using the kettle or coffee machine.

The location allows you to reach the town center in about fifteen minutes on foot, following the bike path or a trail that crosses the meadows and leads to the Church of Saints Faustino and Giovita. Nearby, you will find useful services and local establishments: within walking distance are a tobacco shop, pizzeria, and beauty center, while the square and the streets of the center offer bars, ice cream shops, stores, and supermarkets.

Valcamonica provides numerous opportunities for discovery. The ski resorts of Ponte di Legno–Tonale and Aprica, as well as the alpine passes of Mortirolo, Vivione, and Gavia—famous stages of the Giro d’Italia—are easily accessible. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the National Park of Rock Engravings of Naquane is also nearby. Just a few meters from the B&B starts the Memory Path, a trail that retraces the footsteps of World War I.

Rosy and I will be delighted to welcome you with warmth and hospitality, ensuring you have a peaceful stay amidst nature, sports, and tradition.

Area Campagna

Malonno is located in the heart of Valcamonica, one of the most captivating alpine valleys in Lombardy, renowned for both its natural scenery and rich cultural heritage. The village is encircled by mountains that provide endless opportunities for hiking, trekking, and mountain biking in the summer, while in winter, they become a perfect destination for skiing and snow sports. Its proximity to major ski resorts, such as Ponte di Legno-Tonale and Aprica, makes it an excellent base for mountain enthusiasts year-round.

Cycling enthusiasts can take advantage of the bike path that runs through much of the valley, offering picturesque routes along the Oglio River and connecting charming villages. Iconic mountain passes like Mortirolo, Vivione, and Gavia, known for their historical stages in the Giro d’Italia, are just a few kilometers away.

The area also boasts a unique historical and archaeological heritage: in Capo di Ponte, just 10 km away, lies the National Park of Rock Engravings of Naquane, a UNESCO site that preserves thousands of rock carvings made by prehistoric peoples. Nearby, visitors can explore churches, medieval villages, and museums that narrate the valley's history, showcasing alpine traditions and reminders of World War I, such as the Memory Path that winds close to the village.

Malonno combines the tranquility of a small mountain town with the convenience of being in a strategic location to explore all of Valcamonica, allowing for a blend of active days filled with sports and nature alongside cultural visits and moments of relaxation.
